It would've been a fully excellent stay at this hotel, but they had construction on the floor our room was. We were not notified about it until we complained about the inconveniences it was creating, only then we were told that they had another way to reach to our room.
Even though we booked a seventeen night stay at the hotel, management was unsympathetic and only offered to move us to another room once the issue was notified to them. Really disappointing.

Es mi segunda vez en este hotel y vi un poco de descuido no sé si será por las renovaciones que tiene la primera vez todo muy limpio la habitación con pantuflas bata de baño esta vez no tenía nada de eso tuve que pedirlo pero del resto muy buena atención buen desayuno

I’ve been using Expedia for years and this is the worst hotel that I booked. Old rooms, smell humid and the old rug around the rooms. I feel the price is too high for the quality of the hotel. I don’t recommend. I don’t understand the “good” reviews. The building looks great on the outside but inside you can see that it's quite old and lacks of mantence.
