This was located in a very nice area and was also a beautiful place. I arrived at almost midnight and the person in the lobby only spoke Spanish (as might be expected in Peru). Unfortunately, I had not been sent all of the necessary information from Hotels.com including the keycode for the door. I was able to contact the property manager and they were able to send me the door code - but all of this took at least 30 minutes when I would have rather been in bed. The property manager was great, but much of this could have been avoided if I was more familiar with this type of rental. There was no mention that the apartment did not have air conditioning. This is common in Lima, but the temperature was quite warm.

O aparramento era muito bom, espaçoso e confortável. Um aparramento.completo e todo equipado. Meu único problema foi a falta.de uma porta no box do banheiro, e uma falha na vazão do ralo do box e do caimento do chão. Desta forma, a água do box inundava o banheiro e até o quarto, o que tornava o chão constantemente molhado. Sugiro tb a instalacao de uma TV no quarto.
