Alona42 Resort

Awesome one week honeymoon. The staff made us few at home, always quick to help. Rooms were clean. The facilities were great. Great price. Easy to walk to Main Street where lots of shopping and eating was available.

Super friendly staff

The hotel itself was very nice. Great little pool. Rooms are small but nice. Beds were comfortable. I liked the dining area overlooking the garden and pool. The only problem with this hotel was the lack of customer service. The staff were all nice but were not very attentative. They would all leave and have breakfast leaving no servers during breakfast. Never seen that before. There should be rotation happening so the guests are looked after. There was no lunch or dinner service as there was no chef so that was a big disappointment. The staff could have offered drinks while lounging at the pool. Our room was not being cleaned so we had to remind them so we got water and toilet paper. The hotel is 5 min walk to the beach and about an 8 min walk to the restaurants along the main road. There are two restaurants in hotels beside Alona42. The hotel has great potential if they improve their customer service and open up for dinner.

We stayed 2 nights and I am very amazed with the cleanliness of the place.We will back here for sure!

Everything ok

It was a really pleasant stay. Room was clean and spacious, swimming pool good enough to enjoy your evening swim :) Stuff was friendly and breakfast tasty (tho quite small).

Near the Alona Beach

My friend and I spent 4 great nights at this hotel. Friendly owner and staff. Clean rooms. Close to the beach and city center, yet very quiet. Reasonable prices.

Fantastic place to stay and really friendly staff

This hotel is very nice and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. If there was a problem they were straight on the problem. You can ask then almost anything and they would take the time to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it's that lovely there is be going back next year.

Stayed many places in Alona, wanted to try something different. it's off the beaten path. Technically, it is walking distance to the main drag as well as the beach.. but it's a walk... 15min to helmut's corners, 20min to the farthest bars on the beach and about 10min to the beach. You have to kinda get to know the roads to get to the beach. Renting a moto might be a good idea at this hotel and for 250p/day it is an option (they do not offer it but there are several other places who do). There is no pool, there is a bar/breakfast area and it was staffed from about 8am-11pm. Very Friendly Staff. Right next door is a restaurant Vanilla Sky so if you want, they can do room service from the place next door. The rooms are in good condition, the place is 4 years old. Nice split aircon although when it rained there was a problem with my unit. So... the staff are super friendly and helpful, the bar is nice to have a few drinks or for breakfast. The rooms a small but have a good quality TV and Aircon. It's not the worst location but it is 10min from the beach and 15-20min from the "heart" of alona. For the price, hard to beat although it could use a pool.

夜になると真っ暗で、タクシーの運転手でも入口がわからないほど。スタッフは、優しいがホテル運営に興味なさそう。部屋は古く、入口のカギも、入りにくい。毎日のようにスコールで入口のマットがベタベタで部屋の床は、スリッピングで危ない。ベッドの角がでていて、足を何度もぶった。安いとはいえ湯沸器もなくがっかりでした。

Buon hotel, pulito e ben organizzato. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Gli asciugamani sono contati, l'acqua della doccia non era calda e la TV non funzionava bene, per il resto soddisfacente.

가격대비 좋았다고 생각합니다. 특히 아침식사가 만족스러웠어요 저렴한 가격에도 퀄이 괜찮았어요. 하우스키핑도 매일해주시고, 빨래서비스도 있어서 편했어요. 스탭들이 완전 플렌들리하냐하면 좀 애매하지만.. 그래도 달라는거 다해주시니 기본은 하십니다. 물은 잘 안채워주셔서 따로 받아야했는데 그것외에는 불편한 점없었습니다. 테라스에 빨래줄이있었어요

This place is close enough for a walk to Alona Beach and far enough to get out of the noise of the party there. We did eat at the restaurant and the food is ok for the price. The complementary breakfast is also ok. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, pressure in shower could be a bit better but that's just a minor thing.
