it was a bad experienced to booked and pay online and when you arrive at the hotel it was closed. annoying

Booking mistake. No option to rebook. Hotline was unresponsive.

Door was busted, aircon was not cooling, the place was a squatter's area

Downside, sticky floor, dirty linens. The staff is ok. The food not really great for filipinos. Would appreciate it if rice would be served instead of bread. It was a great stay nonetheless.

It was so hot in our room. We had our air conditioning unit checked twice by the hotel staff, but it still wasn't able to cool our room. We didn't even use our blankets because it was hot in our bed. There was also a hole in the wall near the bathroom and there were small cockroaches coming into our room. The heater in the shower wasn't working as well. There were also times when it was noisy in the corridor. People in the front desk were nice, but I will never go back to this hotel again. I wasn't expecting much but a good night 's sleep at the least would've been nice. I am disappointed.
