I love that their family rooms are spacious and that they have included bathroom amenities, including disposable slippers. However, their bathroom fixtures need a bit of maintenance and refinishing. We appreciate the complimentary coffee at the lobby/reception area.

The shower was plugged up - informed staff - they worked on it, & the shower still flooded the bathroom & also the room - GROSS SITUATION !! - also the mattress felt like sleeping on box-springs instead of mattress - we left before booking had ended
