We always look forward to staying at Cebu R Hotel because it truly feels like our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes us feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. There’s plenty of room to move around, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to make the stay convenient and cozy. Breakfast is one of the highlights of our stay. The selection is excellent, and the food is always fresh and satisfying. It’s such a great way to start the day. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. They are amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality keeps us coming back every time. If there’s one small thing we hope could be improved, it would be the quality of the blankets. A slightly thicker or softer option would make the experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend Cebu R Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a place that truly feels like home.

I stayed at this hotel when it was new and recently opened at the end of 2009. When in Cebu since then I have never been able to return as a casual visitor as they always have been fully booked whenever I have turned up. This time I was able to book online for 8 nights and in fact was able to extend by a night. I would say that the high standards that prevailed on my first visit have been maintained since then.

Had to stay a couple days in another hotel. From now on, will always be sure to have reservations for Cebu R Capital site, as more expensive hotel had sinks that didn't drain as well as no hot water for shower.

A clean and basic room, without a view. Friendly and helpful staff. Several choices for breakfast, cooked to order. Convenient location with shops, cafes etc nearby but the hotel is on a side street so it's not noisy.

the furnished bath mat was a joke!! when we put a used towel down we got reprimanded!! but they don't furnish a real bath mat. They had a fee for extra pillows. on line signup had no difference in cost between 1 or 2 guests but after I got there my Filapina girlfriend decided to stay there instead of commuting (about 1.5 hours away) they had me in a spot i could do nothing but pay an extra P9200+ for the 3 week stay when when registering there would have been no charge (I don't know what you call that except extortion in that situation).
