We enjoyed the coco restaurant a lot. The food and service were great. The fruit drinks were excellent! However, we saw a rat twice during a dinner, and a stray cat that was lingering near tables. That is unclean and unsanitary. The staff didn’t do anything about it. That is a need for improvement, especially if you want to keep international travelers enjoying their stay and recommending your resort to others.

Had to change room due to construction. New room was okay after I figured out the sewer smell was coming from the tub drain. I called maintenance and the sprayed air freshener. The next room I had was infested with ants. A he air conditioner was blowing hot and leaking. Maintenance came and it blew colder . Had to use trash can to keep my room from flooding.

This hotel is a nightclub ..we stayed 3 nights and every single night there was partys going on with full blast music blaring out . ..its that bad the hotel room walls were vibrating with the bass. They dont care about guests getting a peacefull stay its all about the money they make from the PRIVATE partys every night .. totally inconsiderate. . Would definitely NOT recommend staying here if you want a nice chill out stay or if you have children .. its such a shame cus the place has nice swimming pool s and great staff
