Wonderful well-kept property with nice and helpful staff.

Excellent value for the money. I like the spacious room and the ability to cook in the kitchen will a full size refrigerator and microwave. I also liked the late model big screen smart TV. I will return to this property on my next trip to Cebu City.

Place is great. Good people. Very helpful. Other than the noise from the street which is normal in the Philippines. It's awesome. Close to the mall and easy to get transportation.

The listing was a little unclear but it was a two room suite. The second room had a twin size bed. It was perfect for my partner and I, traveling with my mother. The security team was great with us and helped in an emergency we had to get us to the hospital and took very good care of us over the following days going back and forth to the hospital. I'm so glad we had my mom in the same suite with us when the emergency happened.

I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next trip to Cebu.

Attention. Attention. This is a real review of the hotel Grand Isabella. GI room 306 is very nice and convenient to Ayala center. You can walk there in less than 10 mins. Don't really need a cab. Okay, the unit have 2 rooms, which the hotels does not describe that it's a 2nd room with a twin bed. The main room is a queen. There are 2 problems with this room. The wifi is very weak in the rooms but works perfect in the living room/dining area/kitchen area. The second problem is only 1 tv and its in the main bedroom, not the living room. It would been nice if the living room had a tv. The front desk lady is nice. She have lots of knowledge about the area. The staff came to clean almost everyday. They are really nice hotel. Will I return to this hotel, yes, definitely if its only me or 1 other person and I would ask for room 306 again. If you come with a group, get multiple rooms or go somewhere else because there is only 1 tv in the room. Maybe I'll load pictures of room when I have the opportunity.
