We love staying at Jinjiang Inn as Justine and Patrick always take care and try their best to give all of our needs. They are consistently prompt and pleasant. The room has complete essentials from shampoo to shaving kit and a bonus (a bathrobe, oh yeah!). Jinjiang Inn will always be our first priority (budget-wise) when booking in Ortigas.

The room is kept clean, except for some mildew in the shower. Staff and customer service is excellent. Considering the price of breakfast, it is just right (combination of Chinese/Filipino/Continental). I would recommend it if the street car noise doesn’t bother you. The streets get busy starting at 5 am.

On January 23, 2025, I stayed at the Jinjiang Inn in Ortigas Center for two nights before visiting my family in Legazpi City. Before leaving, I asked the front desk, where Patrick assured me my luggage would be securely stored, and he gave me a claim stub for retrieval. When I returned on February 5, 2025, I presented the claim stub, but Patrick and another staff member claimed that "my friend" had picked up my luggage on January 25. Shocked, I insisted that no one had collected it, as I still had the stub. They then admitted that their story didn't hold up, suggesting that CCTV footage showed a woman with four Hungarian visitors mistakenly taking my luggage. After expressing my frustration and warning them about contacting the media and my lawyer, their story shifted again. Patrick claimed the woman was his friend and that my luggage would be delivered back to the hotel. However, when I requested tracking updates for the delivery, they declined. After waiting over two hours, my luggage was finally returned. The entire experience felt like a setup, and I feared losing my belongings if I hadn't been assertive. When I asked for a report on the incident, the manager, Sherry, refused, saying no report would be issued since the issue was resolved. I warn you, especially those traveling from abroad, about this hotel and reconsider staying somewhere else to prevent similar experiences.

I always stay here as whenever I come home from overseas as it’s affordable but the service is top notch! My only gripe is there are so few channels available on cable tv. Hopefully they’d upgrade it and change to smart tv’s.

I usually stay at the richmond across the street, but thought i would try the Jinjiang as it was a lot more economical. Glad i did. Will stay there again. Check in was friendly and ultra-fast. The room key was ready and all I had to do was show my passport and sign. Done. So simple. Why can't other hotels be this fast? All the staff were very friendly and professional. Storing luggage for a few days was no problem. The guards are friendly, and the restaurant was fine too. Unpretentious hotel, but for a low-cost stay, highly recommended.
