My stay was awesome the staff are very accommodating and polite they always smile. They accommodate my request to transfer another room which I like windows so that was granted and the facilities and food was good. Definitely I will stay here again and I will highly recommend it to my friends.

My father was very satisfied with his stay there, breakfast was included in the package ; Flight and Hotel. Location was good, accessible to restaurants 7/11 and close to the places he needs to go. Highly recommended.

The Breakfast not at all good and not happy. it was the same breakfast every day on western breakfast just the rice and curry for breakfast and pancakes, Orange juice was almost empty and the same with Coffey. Not at all happy with breakfast.

Another great stay at Lotus. This was my third time staying at Lotus in the last 9 months. Breakfast is great and the location is good. Can’t beat this place for the price.

Walking distance to restaurants and a nice mall which includes grocery. Close to US embassy. Breakfast is hit or miss but give you several options including an omelette bar. Staff is friendly.

The first room we were brought to had not been cleaned and smelled like smoke. After complaining they moved us to a room that had been cleaned and it was slightly better. Though breakfast was bland and not enjoyable. Also no water/napkins were provided in the room.

A little dated as with many hotels in the Ermita/Malate area but a good location, friendly staff and good restaurant make the Manila Lotus an easy choice, especially for the price. My only quibble is having no top sheet but only one blanket in addition to the bottom sheet.
