Good location if you want to stay away from noisy, smoky, & traffic of downtown area. Going north is just infront of the hotel. But going south in downtown, you'll have to make a dangerous crossing on the other side of the street. But there's an overpass a couple blocks.

It was a nice stay though they don't offer free water or complimentary coffee which I think most hotels should do. Place is convenient for travelers as it is located in the heart of the city.

You get what you pay for. This hotel was clean but older, out dated. Water pressure in the shower was almost zero. Asked for change for 1000 Pesos and they didn't have it? Same as the breakfast area.

Overall the facility was ok except for some area or issue. When open the window curtain and look outside, it is dirty. The toilet flushing water in which the hand held hose for sanitary wash is also connected was appearing to be dirty and dark brown in color. According to the front desk employee it was because the hotel was fully book and there is nothing they can do.
