Clean room. Beautiful ocean view. Delicious breakfast buffet with different selections every morning. Front desk and lobby staff were very courteous and friendly. Pool and beach are maintained daily; you can see them working hard from the balcony every morning. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel! AJ was super friendly. Wish our stay was longer!

Hotel is nice and the staff are exception, but it’s dated. The rooms are tiny, there’s no electrical sockets in the bathroom, the shower door stopper caused us to stub our feet many times. I stayed here before in 2019 and the property hasn’t been updated or refreshed since - although there are some renovations to the beach club going on right now. The beach front is top notch. The biggest plus is the food - everything we ate was delicious.

The place is open air. The lobby and pool area is gorgeous. Very clean and spacious. Would have loved to stay by the poolside or by the beach area, but it was incredibly hot when we were there.
They had free delicious chocolate treats in the afternoon. Lovely touch.
The only cons the carpets in the hallways has a musty odor. We had an issue with the electronic keys, it wouldn’t work and had to change it twice.
Also would have liked some music or entertainment in the lobby area.
The staff are all so friendly, polite, welcoming and very attentive.
Would most likely stay here again.

Staff was AMAZING, they were there every time you needed them and always asked about the stay. The food was good and the happy hour and chocolate hour was what we looked forward to everyday. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Mactan Newtown ( although parts don’t have a sidewalk).

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. From check in to check out. Staff were top notch when it comes to hospitality. What’s really special is they upgraded our rooms. The place is clean and breakfast is wonderful. We will stay again.

Good location, not far from the airport. Room was nice, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. The building itself could use an upgrade, for example the hallway carpets smelled a little musty, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice chocolate buffet and happy hour. Decent choice for when in Cebu and want to be near the airport.

The bathroom was old, disappointing. The blue tiles were cracked and not much counter space to put toiletries or makeup bag. The air conditioning was so cold, so when we turned it off, the following morning there was condensation in room and the floors and ceiling were moist. Drops of water from ceiling due to condensation. Near the pool you could smell sewage.

Beautiful hotel, pool and beach. Sails restaurant great for either buffet or ala carte menus options. Staff is attentive to all guest needs at all times. Special shoutout to Lester and Gio. They ensured we got a take away meal for our early whale shark pickup.
