We have stayed at Nichols in past years. We realize they are redoing parts of their hotel. Our room was dirty, bathroom linen dirty, room looked unclean. No television channels infomation. Refrigerator wall plug was not working, we used another wall plug. The restaurant was very nice. The buffet was unattractive. Staff was very as always.

Everything was very nice, spacious room, good breakfast good location, good wifi, great staff. The only problem is that if you order a little additional amenities, they will take literally 10 hours to arrive. I asked a little more shampoo in the morning at 10am, it arrived in my room only by 10pm, a few hours after I dared ask a second time. Good thing I was not sleeping yet, otherwise I would have never seen that needed shampoo............

The room was basic for an overnight stay close to the airport. Paid for a 4 person room but since there were only 3 of us they gave us a smaller room (3 person family room). Would have appreciated a bigger room since that was what we paid for. Didn’t avail the free breakfast since we left real early (0345). No worthwhile restaurants around so had to eat in their restaurant. Food was so so.
