One Pacific Place is the first Salcedo Village-area hotel I have stayed at and I am looking forward to coming back here next year. Starting out with a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom suite with mini-kitchen, I already was very happy with the little perks there.
Small parking lot but usually has space and staff is accomodating if all spots are full.
Location is extremely convenient to numerous new restaurants (in particular, Oak&Smoke a block away). If one's feeling more on a budget, McDonald's is two blocks away, and multiple small malls are walking distance (SM Jazz, SMDC Air/Assembly Grounds at The Rise, Ayala North Exchange). Very close to Ayala Avenue too if you're hitting up one of the skyscrapers like RCBC Plaza
View from room was spectacular and probably a highlight of my Makati visit
In-house laundry is a bit more expensive than going to an outside laundry shop, but reasonable and convenient.

Getting worse since 2020. Making money for each move.
Luggage storage used to be free, now charges more than $5 a day. And accidentally broke a glass and was charged for it.
I don't think I will recommend this place to anybody and maybe look to some other places. Towels is supposed to be white, I look at it like light brown.

Easy access. Good location. Lounge and coffee shop downstairs. Not much parking available. Check in time at 2pm but you still have to be in line with all the rest waiting to be checked in. Towels weren't available upon entry we have to call for it. But hey, its the holiday expect busy season.
