Breakfast is always pleasant to be greeted by friendly smiles; notably a young man named John was exceptionally helpful and very attentive to our needs. Another person was the lady tending the bar made tea for our elderly family. She knew assignment. The security guards were very very very cordial and friendly. Overall a 5 stars service. I stay here often. The staff are the best. Quality of the food is really good. Convenient to the SM Clark mall is 30 meters away from the front door of the hotel. A little update to the shower head and sink faucet is due. But you will enjoy this hotel. Manager is super great. Enjoy!

This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! Keep up the great job! Looking forward to coming back!

Unfortunately, the A/C was not working properly when we stayed. We tried to change the setting as per instruction but it was not reading it. It was comfortable but expecting a bit more colder since the "Fan" was in a full mode. The variety of food during breakfast was also limited. We came down around 7am and expected traditional menu like Tapsilog, Tosilog, BangSilog, Corn beef, Bacon. There are beef and chicken but it has Sauce that usually serve during brunch or Lunch. Although there were fruits and pastries and Cereal, I was expected more on "traditional Filipino" at that hour.
