Amazing quality of service starting from the security team who always open the door with a smile, as well as the charming front desk team, especially Princess who gave me all the information that I need.

The room was clean although housekeeping was every other day. And the rubbish bins were full to the brim however when asking the staff to empty them. it was done with polite attitudes immediately. The staff were always very polite and overall the staff. And stay was very good.

This is one of the best accommodation values while staying in the BGC area. It is, however, important to manage expectations regarding the type of accommodation the hotel offers. This is a no-frills hotel ideal for those who do not plan to spend much time in their hotel room. The room is clean and comfortable, offering basic amenities. It offers a laptop table and a mini fridge. There is a safe that could store a 14-inch laptop. It could also take a 16-inch laptop if you prop one side up with a 2-inch thick object, like a book. The hotel offers top-notch staff service- from the FD staff who fully explain to you the hotel's policy on room cleaning and amenities to the security guards and the lobby assistants, who are all engaging and eager to provide information and assistance with your luggage and other requirements.

I’d never stay here again. First the gave us a room with filthy bed sheets (stains etc). I asked to be transferred which took almost an hour since they only have 1 staff cleaning or checking the rooms. Finally, we got a room on the higher floor and upon checking the bed sheets, there’s a strand of hair (short so you can assume). I have no choice but to take it. The soap dispenser was empty and the soap is not even like a soap. Good thing I always carry extra soap and we shopped for shampoo. For the price of about $50 a night, go somewhere else where you can get your money’s worth. My only concern is cleanliness.

Internet and TV were not working. Staff was helpful with great customer service. Place looks relatively new and good upkeep, that makes the hotel pretty popular for expats. Overall good experience. Stayed only one night.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us promptly with the utmost professionalism, The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two of us for our 2-night stay. We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of our room. The hotel is located in a central location that makes exploring easy. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
