Top-notch hotel centrally located at the heart of BGC. High Street is just a few steps away, near all the best restaurants and shops, hospital, banks, market, drugstore, and grocery, Can't beat the location. The hotel itself is very well-maintained. I had a washer and dryer in my room, so doing laundry was a breeze. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in the Philippines.

We difinitely enjoyed our stay @ this hotel due to its convenience & location around bgc. The one that stood out was the breakfast buffet experience. Thier breakfast buffett was excellent! Thier food, drinks and desserts were amazing! They provided friendly & the utmost accommodating staff. Would difinety repeat, which is a rarity for us due to multitude of choices. Highly recommended!

Seda BGC what was fantastic. Every single person greeted me every time they saw me with a smile and love in their heart. Bry went out of his way as the concierge. The best part was it central location write off of high street. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!

Great clean hotel room, kind and helpful staff. Amazing location near lots of food and shopping. Highlight of our stay was the awesome breakfast buffet included with our stay.

Some hotels here in Makati/Taguig are very strict on visitors to the room and visitors to the pool. Seda hotel was an excellent hub for having old friends come visit my family and I. The staff were fantastic, especially Erwin and Joseph at the pool area (Erwin works at the rooftop bar too.) Live 3 piece band on Friday and Saturday night we're excellent, too! The rooftop bar has an indoor area where kids are welcome, and an outdoor area for smoking (with no kids allowed). The food is excellent too. The breakfast buffet was also on point. Compared to the other hotels in the northern BGC area, I think Seda is by far the best bang for the buck. Nearby are a lot of expensive stores, but if you make a 10 minute walk to Market! Market!, you are able to pickup anything you may have forgot for incredibly cheap. Overall, there are tons of shops and amenities within walking distance.

Laundry, clean room, helpful staff

Every member of staff we encountered were very gracious and professional. They went out of their way to help with the smallest things. The restaurants have excellent food and ambiance. The breakfast buffet can get crowded, but the staff are quick to get anything needed, turnover tables, and keep things running smoothly. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom shows mold at the shower area. The worst is the wifi which was extremely slow and at times was in and out. Best speed was around 8mbps. I consider it a expensive hotel and was expecting better.

Great Breakfast!

Room (1 King Bed)- it is your basic room, it is decent sized and it’s comfortable. I wasn’t a fan of the shower handheld due to the water pressure felt very weak. I discovered the hotel pillows were purely dirty and stained, it’s always important to check your pillows and bed sheets for cleanliness. There were few times my linens were dirty (maybe it was just stains that cannot be removed). Overall, I’ve seen worse in my lifetime. I was upgraded to a new room due to the floor was being scheduled for maintenance. The upgrade was a very nice surprise, the suite room that has its own bedroom and washer and dryer, definitely loved it. Staff- nothing negative I would say, staff (everyone) were lovely and always welcoming, great example of hospitality. Gym/pool/Bar/roof top were great! Parking was great, my only suggestion I would wish instead of having to keep getting ticket validated, it would’ve been nice just having the room keycard be the parking access as well. Breakfast- I only did that once, I wasn’t impressed, I could’ve went on a bad day? I tried the chicken, sausages and some veggies and it tasted like room temperature and not even hot, I went exactly at 0600 time when food is freshly made? Not sure, but I didn’t care much for it nor did it ruin my stay, I typically don’t do hotel breakfasts.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff were amazing, and the location was perfect for walking around with family. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
