All toiletries and towels included with the room. All rooms have a hot water heater for the shower and air con. The private swimming pool is nice. Rooms also have cable TV, but the signal cuts in and out. Also, the wifi isn't very good, but at least they have wifi. The David Bowie theme for the hotel is a nice touch. The hotel has a good onsite restaurant. And the beach is within walking distance.

Staff were so friendly and helpful...yet they have an issue with parking slots(limited to 4 cars), ants and had no fans in their dinner area, flooring still not done that made me almost injure my self falling of my chair(due to the open drain holes).

Very nice little hotel (except needs shower enclosures in the rooms!!!} We thought it would be on the beach but beach was "nearby". (but fun/interesting beach with bamboo picnic floats) Great staff and owner. Food service ok but slow.My wife and I appreciated their help with local tricycle/jitney/bus transport back to Manilla. A FINE ADVENTURE!!!!

The heavy porcelain sink in the bathroom was completely detached from the wall and simply balancing on the pedestal. If a child would have barely grabbed it, it would have fallen and easily broken their feet or worse. The staff moved us to another room but I was disappointed to find out they still rented the room. Also, smoking is allowed just outside of the room and since the rooms are very close together, I could smell the smoke from the neighboring rooms. The parking lot only accommodates 4-5 cars so be prepared to double-park and possibly wake people up if you have to leave early (which we did). On the plus side, the pool area was very nice and albeit small, cute and comfortable with a covered area and bench at which to relax. The staff was very friendly and willing to help any way they could. However, the rooms are quite overpriced for the location and condition.
