The hotel has no available internet connection, limited food option (for breakfast), no hot shower. The staff are friendly and room is spaciously big.

The place is not okay and not recommendable.

Old hotel. Floor tiles got a lot of cracks! Lights need attention!

The rooms are dirty and has awful smell. Floor drains are not properly working.

It is considered an average experience. Nice place indeed but some expected items inside an accommodation is missing or old considering the cost is quite higher. Need to upgrade or level-up.

Loved the swimming pool. Complimentary breakfast was great but with limited choices (only 2 options). Fast, efficient and courteous staff. Everything in the room was working properly (AC, Tube TV with cable, fridge, electric kettle and all the bath facilities) despite the "dated" interior. Down side was no WiFi receptor in the rooms and poor cell signal/receptor in that area. Overall, a pleasant stay for me and my family.

I was not happy that I was given a different room than which I reserved. Food is basic. WiFi is only available in the lobby.

It was fun and great for family. The location is accessible to all.

For cleanliness the room has a very bad odor, the bed sheet has stains as well as the pillow cases! for God knows if it was changed or what, For Service they only have one person to assist all guest so you'll have to be on queue for too long. For Location it is a nice and serene view, I like the place with the view of the mountains and lot of trees. For Meal it is the worst, they have a breakfast included in your accommodation. but they have a very limited choice of meal. they will only give you two choices. but there should be a lot of choices for breakfast. it is available of you pay though. what would be be difference as if its free in your accommodation. its just included not free! so they must have given all available option. second is the cleanliness for food! the mugs, plates, glass, and even the salt and pepper (condiments) smells bad!! maybe its because of their storage. my stomach turns upside down when I remember the smell. I hope someone will check their sanitary.

Very old hotel. Drains are clogged.
