TV unable to work! Keep cutting off. No signal... Maintenance staffs also unable to help.... very frastracting...not recommend.

Everything is excellent except for the breakfast . They should improve their meal options especially protein .

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Jmall. Clean and conveniently located to piers and airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport is a plus.

We got a room on the top floor which was nice for the view. Our room was at the end of the hall and later that evening we found out that there is some sort of fan equipment near our room that was loud. At first thought it was our ac unit that was noisy but after turning it off it sounded like a engine noise outside. I needed to have the ac unit runing to mask the noise. Too tired to complain but did not get enough sleep as we had an early am flight the next day. The plus for the hotel was a great massage on the 7th floor. Also being next to the mall made for access to many restaurants and coffee places.

The rooms are decent and thw food is great. The staff are very helpful too. Location is good as it it annex to a mall.

Need more power outlets. More towels would help.

Very good over all

Great location and excellent convenience. The direct bridge access to SM is a huge advantage, making it easy to shop, dine and explore without without having to deal with traffic or the weather. The hotel is also clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A great choice for travelers who value both convenience and cleanliness.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for good reason. The entire staff is hard working and dedicated to making your stay feel like a home away from home. The receptionists are kind and willing to help however they can, and the housekeeping staff leave the rooms spotless and clean every time. Toyoko Inn sets the standard for how all hotels should be, and they are the gem of Cebu

Almost 25years i did not go home. And first hotel i stayed not bad . I would stay here again if I go back to cebu:)

This is the second time staying here, 7 years apart. The place is clean and well maintained. The rates are very good. Breakfast is included, which is excellent. The room is modern and in excellent condition, including the much needed A/C. The pool area, which sits on the roof, has since been abandoned. This however does not detract from the overall experience, in my opinion. We were very happy staying here, so much so that I signed up for a lifetime membership. We will be looking for this hotel every opportunity we get. Another plus, this hotel sits above a huge mall, so during our stay we never went outside. Everything we needed was in the mall.

Clean room. Minimalist design. Feels like you’re in a cruise ship room but overall clean and functional. A/C works well. Needs better breakfast options. It’s self service like you’re in a school cafeteria. Staff are courteous abd helpful. Overall i like how it’s connected to mall and will definitely stay again.

Overall good stay. Airport shuttle was very convenient. You can drop off luggage, and there is a mall within that’ll give you plenty of time to shop around.

Great stay. The breakfast was amazing. The room was good clean and provided all amenities .The only downside was that I paid for a king-size bed but they were two single beds put together with a thin top mattress. Other than that, good all round.
