Easy and quick check-in, helpful staff. Literally across the road from the Auschwitz camp/museum. Very convenient. Free parking at the hotel. Good sized room and adequate bathroom. Was very clean and everything worked in the room. Good wifi. Buffet breakfast was good, and well stocked. Good choice of foods – limited hot food, but 2-3 choices of cereals, fruits, breads, cheese/meat, juices, etc. Restaurant is open all day and has very good food for dinner – we ate there both nights we stayed at this hotel – staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all…….and would happily recommend this hotel.

Great service even when we needed something printed. The location was great as you could see Auschwitz car park from our window and had a nice restaurant next door. Only thing that puts its overall down was just the noise from next door in the morning which was a staff room as it kept waking us up.

Really great hotel for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food good. An excellent breakfast was included in the room price. Situated very close to the Auschwitz Museum entrance. Would highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful. Arrived early in morning by train. Held room for us. They even had a provision for a late check out after our tour of Auschwitz. They also were able to help with transportation to Krakow. And the breakfast was lovely.

We stayed at this hotel because it is extremely close to Auschwitz. We just walked across the street and then we were at the front entrance to Auschwitz. Hotel's restaurant serves good food and drink. Staff was kind and helpful. Only negative was the walls seem to be a little thin in the rooms, so we could hear our neighbors talking throughout the night. But that was not a big deal for us. Would recommend this hotel to a friend
