Lovely property perfect location and great food. The only fault I would say is the sofa bed not suitable for sleeping and the mattresses on the bed are so hard I was struggling to sleep.but overall perfect stay.

It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay!

Lovely ski-spa hotel, very modern and clean with several buildings around the pool spa. Really nice spa, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna for evenings after a day in the mountains. Approx. 15 mins walk from Karpacz centre for evening options, although the on site restaurant is pretty decent for a hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice above and beyond the standard 'meat-and-bread' heavy Polish hotels. Roasted hams, fresh salads, hot waffles, cakes and smoothies. We definitely would stay again next time in Karpacz.

Ordinary **/*** apartment complex not real **** hotel Premiuim apartment was very narrow; bedroom with possibility to feet each wall and cars parked 50cm behind the window. No daily curtains in the bedroom so zero privacy during a day due people parking or just walking behind your window. Living room without place for luggage neither sofa just two chairs and table. Bathroom with one small lamp giving feeling to be in atomic bunker. Entire building is just labirint of narrow multilevel corridors with dirty carpet; impossible to find reception, restaurant and different places. Best way was go out side to find a way. What was the worse was reception treating Hotels.com clients as second category guest. Probably my room was also worse one... Commited lack of help with reservation mistake, absolutely zero understanding and compromise with changing the reservation date however hotel was not fully occupied. What was absolutely not possible for Trementi apartments another hotel Mercure had done in 5 minutes...

The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa. The **** designation is well deserved. Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. The main problem of the stay - the announced lobby bar was permanently closed. Restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and so after 10 p.m. the whole hotel was dead.

A new hotel with fantastic facility and support. Parking at the hotel for a small fee, several pools outside (heated) and inside together with a spa where you will find saunas. Great resturant that offers quality food or if you are in a hurry pizzas.

Hotel dobrze polożony. O średnim standardzie. Apartament słabo posprzątany. Brak klamki w oknie/drzwiach sypialni. Chcąc sobie przewietrzyć sypilanie przed snem nie da się tego zrobić. Woda w łazienice pod prysznicem ma zmienną temperaturę raz letnia lub zimna raz parzy. Łóżko trzeszczy jak ktoś ma lekki sen to już pospał -tak jak ja.Do dyspozycji basen,saunna oraz siłownia duży plus.Duży też plus za możliwość przejścia z apartamentu do restauracji korytarzem! Bardzo miła obsługa!

Positiv: ruhige, aber zentrale Hotellage; sehr schönes Hotel und schöne, sehr große Zimmer mit schönen Balkons; freundliche Mitarbeiter; schöner, gepflegter Spa-Bereich; umfangreiches, leckeres und frisches Frühstück, auch mit glutenfreien Lebensmitteln, Hafermilch, Sojamilch und laktosefreie Milch. Negativ: kein direkter Zugang zur Rezeption in der Nacht bzw. frühen Morgenstunden, da die Klinke an einer Tür bewusst fehlte; gleiches gilt für Zugang Fitnessraum ab 6h morgens, hier blieb bei Minusgraden nur der Weg durch den Innenhof. Kein Safe vorhanden. Keine nutzbare Küche vorhanden, da der Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte, keine Herdplatten und kein Geschirr vorhanden waren. Betten zu hart. Mitarbeiter könnten besser Englisch sprechen.
