Arts Hotel Porto Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We had a fantastic stay at the Arts Hotel. The staff were really helpful both before and during our stay providing some recommendations for restaurants, 3 of which we tried and all fantastic in their own way. We were also in Porto for the São João festival which was fantastic and staff gave us recommendations of where to go for that too. The hotel was clean, tidy, comfortable and modern. The hotel was in a great location for the main attractions across the city. I would highly recommend.

Loved my stay at the Arts Hotel Porto with a nice & comfortable room and very friendly staff (especially at breakfast). Good location that is within walking distance to the Porto Catedral, Torre dos Clerigos and Livraria Lello.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location, central to many restaurants, grocery and sights. Would recommend and stay again if ever in Porto.

It was truly a wonderful stay in Porto and coming back to this sweet hotel made it all the more wonderful. The staff were are all so lovely. They were so welcoming, warmhearted and beyond helpful with suggestions and ideas of how to make our stay and our trip in Porto better. It was an intimate little hotel with beautiful rooms and exceptional service. Coming from someone who tends to be a perfectionist, I would come back to this hotel with my eyes closed. Humble and beautiful little place with memorable staff. Thank you!

Great property. Very well located. Room was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Only down side is that we book that property because it had a pool but it was closed all week for “maintenance”.

The air conditioning could be better (colder)

The hotel was great. Very clean rooms with space for seating in the room. The lobby had a small seating area with a TV for sitting after a long day. Complimentary water with refills every day. Overall and great stay that was close to all the attractions to see.

Really lovely boutique hotel with super outdoor space, comfy rooms, bar and restaurant- although my sister and I ate out every evening. Close to centre so walking easy. Really liked it and would recommend as a great base for Porto.

This is an awesome hotel in Porto. The rooms are small but you should be out experiencing the city anyway. The staff was incredible. They helped us find restaurants and recommended things to do. They even booked an appointment at a local spa for us on a rainy day. I’d definitely go back there when visiting Porto again! It is a bit of a walk to the waterfront but we love walking and uber is easy there.

brilliant location to walk to all the main sites in Porto within 15m. Hotel spotlessly clean, sun deck and plunge pool is a real sun trap all day, breakfast good, had a late flight and the hotel arranged a late check out for us which was really helpful. would stay here again if i returned to Porto

In a great location, close to many attractions. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful! The tour buses/ Hop on Hop off buses were close. The dining room had good reasonable breakfasts and dinners. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! A BIG thank you to the front desk staff!!

Great location with easy walking access to most central landmarks and places of interest in Porto. Restaurants around the area were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy with nice bedding, great aircon and powerful shower.
