Fantastic hotel. Everything you could want for a stay and a visit to Old Lisbon. Great decor and style, unique. Helpful staff. Shopping aand dining everywhere from right out the front door. Easy walk to the bus/metro hub. Comfortable bed and about a 25 min trip to and from the airport.

I arrived earlier than expected and the staff was so helpful with taking my bag, and also telling me where I could go and work from/could work from the hotel as well. The room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler. It was really well laid out. Very central location.

I booked a small interior room which was rather cramped and, in reflection, a mistake. However the cheerful staff made me feel very welcome. Room apart the surroundings are very relaxing and quietly jazz themed. A comfortable place to unwind after a day's sightseeing. I am biased, it's the 3rd time I've used this hotel.

Unique boutique with very friendly staff. Breakfast was down 1 street at their sister hotel, which was equally nice. Would stay there again.

The rooms were very quiet. The lobby was very cosy and service was excellent. The hotel is well situated to visit the downtown.

The hotel was very unique and had a very cozy lounge with excellent drinks as you walked in. They also had a cafe with outside seating that was quite busy for breakfast although we did not eat there. The rooms are typically small as we expected however it was tight squeeze to walk around the very comfortable bed past the sink. We liked the charm and location was excellent! Walkable to everything and perfect for exploring Liscon for a few days.

This hotel was just oozing charm. The lobby was like something out of an old Bogart film. Elegant and classy. We got there very early and it was a nice spot to rest and freshen up in while we waited for our room and they held our luggage. The room was also very charming and quite large with 3 Juliette balconies. I only wish we could open the drapes to let light in but still have privacy. Maybe a sheer behind the drapes would help. The room was well equipped with refrigerator safe and even a washing machine! The bathroom was modern with a huge countertop. Shower was small as typical. There was ample space for suitcases. Glass bottled Water was provided as often as you like. The location was perfect near many restaurants and a block to the metra. There was a little steet noise at night but we liked the energy of it. Breakfast was in the sister hotel a block away but very easy to get to. Another wonderful space with lots of good food choices and great coffee. The only downside was the bed and bedding. The bed hard as a rock and the sheets were starting to pill. New cotton sheets and a mattress topper would be a good idea.

Small bathroom, real uncomfortable elevator small. No front door person to help with bags. Garbage pile across street stink

This hotel was in a great location and very central to all the city attractions! The queen bed basic room seemed to be newly upgraded, but it was surprising to find that there was no real bathroom! The sink and vanity was steps away from the bed, and the shower and toilet areas were doors next to each other and open to the room. Very open concept due to the small space. The bathroom areas were clean and in great condition. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! If you are looking for a simple hotel room in a great location, this is the one for you!

Great location at the heart of Lisbon. Fabulous facilities and superb staff. Super choice for anyone staying in Lisbon. 5 stars.

We paid for a double room with a bathroom which we assumed we would have and also assumed we would have some form of clothes storage. However when we arrived we were surprised to find the bathroom was a shower cubicle in the bedroom. To have a shower we needed to close the bedroom curtains for privacy from the apartments in the road opposite. The sink was also in the bedroom. The clothes storage was even worse, a hanging rail adjacent to the toilet. We were essentially put in a room the hotel had squeezed into spare space in the roof. Our door was 1m away from the lift doors so were kept awake all night by the sound of the lift shaft operating. Fortunately the person on the desk that afternoon was so helpful, as was she for the rest of our stay, and was able to move us to another room for the next night

Nice but a little old. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Room was a good size as they upgraded us as the lobby area and bar were under construction.

Loved our stay at Browns! They helped us when we had to change the dates of our stay. They upgraded our room (and it was so lovely) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to the Browns group for being so fabulous!

Absolutely smashing hotel, excellent facilities and helpful staff with personalised touches. The hotel has lovely character with all the modern touches. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent and well priced and happy hour was a bonus
