The hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel but a classic 3 star one. The room has have an outdated feel, and the lighting would appeal only to white neon lovers. The public areas are not enticing, and could also use an upgrade.
The two things that speak for it are the view and the very friendly and helpful staff.

Short but comfortable stay. Rooms are nicely sized and the bed is comfortable. Air con in the room and the good water pressure. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast has all the basics like eggs and bacon and some fruit and included in the night. Overall great value for money, would recommend.

All rooms have balconies overlooking the water and Pico Island. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the fifth floor. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold selections. Friendly staff. Quiet location within walking distance of town but uphill on the way back.
