We had a good experience at SANA. Excellent choices for breakfast, excellent service and fabulous dining area. The hotel is very modern, smells good and super clean.
Location is excellent near metro and big bus station going to Fatima and Madrid.
Highly recommended. All staff were polite and helpful.

This is a great hotel. I loved the ambience of bar including smoking area.
The only thing that was shame was the power of bedroom shower was poor. This is a global gripe of mine. Drives me mad.

Bit disappointed as the room we were given on check in was clearly laid out for someone else, had a welcome note dedicated to somebody else. The extra bed in there was clearly for a child where as I had booked the room for 3 adults. They apologised and promised us another more spacious room for the next day however the lady at the reception denied any knowledge of this and said, they did not have any other rooms. They did put a different, more acceptable 3rd bed in there.
Otherwise, the hotel quality is good, it does behave like a 4* hotel. Location is ok but can get cheap Ubers to get into the main city anyway which isn’t too far!

Excellent stay in the Hotel. Good Breakfast, staff was very friendly, polite and helpful all the time. Spa and gym was very good too. Cleaning is spot on. Must recommend for others.

The staff was excellent, especially Olivia at the front desk. She allowed me to store my luggage early while I explored the area until my room was ready. She was especially helpful with directing me how to get to certain places and recommendations on dining. The main bar was spectacular and the room accommodations were better than anticipated.

Pero desafortunadamente varias cosas empañaron esto, Primero mi reserva decia VIP, pero esto no hizo ninguna diferencia asi que no te dejes guiar por esto, FUI A CELEBRAR mi aniversario y este no es un lugar de celebracion, seguro encotraras experiencias mejores. Una vez el hotel abre sus puertas encontraras un olor a humedad o cigarrillo, el cual se extiende al primer piso, Piso en el cual me dieron la habitacion a la cual le dije que yo no queria en primer piso, la respuesta fue el hotel esta lleno. Al entrar a la habitacion el olor de cigarrillo fue permanente, muy molesto aunque lo intentamos y nos quedamos, pero muy a la 1am, el olor ya era insoportable, nuestra alergia estaba a tope, y tuve que bajar a pedir cambio de habitacion o que hicieran algo, mi desesperacion fue total, me sorprendio mas la respuesta muy amable del staff nos cambiaron al 6to piso, donde el olor seguia pero no era tan fuerte, ( sin embargo tuve que rogar para el cambio? recuerden desde que llegue 5hrs antes de mi pedido ya me habian dicho que no se podia!) De alli en adelante con este tipo de olor no puedes disfrutar del desayuno incluido o del bar, que estan recien remodelados pero el olor lo es todo. La zona es muy lejana de las zonas de interes. el parque del lado muy abandonado, asi como un par de edificios cercanos asi que la zona no se ve la mejor para disfrutar de la ciudad. Usamos en Spa, el staff muy amable. En conclusion no lo recomendaria.

This hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, great breakfast and is a 9Euro ride from airport so very convenient in that respect. To walk to popular sections such as Rossio square or Pink Streer , 4 Euro tops or you take public transportation or schedule a Tuk Tuk at the front desk . The pillows are soooooo comfortable. Room was very clean with ample space. . I’m would definitely stay here again .
