The location of the hotel is in the heart of San Juan. Although we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop due to rain many ppl say the rooftop is great! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Very clean and quiet.

Only stayed for a night, but were able to enjoy the rooftop with great night view of Old San Juan, and have a quite sleep in a beautiful and clean place.

Parking lot is very expensive, I wish they just have a straight rate only $25 per day, but they private parking changing you $25 every time we leave it instead. No good.

Elevator was Inop, rooftop was unavailable due to rain and if the rooftop was closed so was the restaurant, also don't expect to do early check in or a late check out. The location was rest so if all you want is that then you'll be fine.

Very close to everything in Old San Juan. Only downside is parking access is challenging as the church parking was not available due to Easter weekend activities so we ended up having to return our rental.

This hotel is smack dab in the middle of the busiest area of Old San Juan. If you're a night owl, this is a good spot. If you are looking for quiet nights, this is NOT a good spot.
Beautiful building on the outside. Needs a little update inside.

A great location with very friendly staff and plenty of space to store our luggage before and after checkout. Water pressure in shower and bathroom sink could have been a little stronger but the bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was perfect … we would stay there again!

This spot was perfect for exploring San Juan. Everything was within walking distance. It also had 24 hour front desk which made us feel safer when coming in at late hours.

The location is great in old San Juan.
The roof top bar is open late and the music is really loud in the rooms.
In the morning you can hear the street noise like the cars are in your room.
The staff said we could have a late check out when we checked in but then changed their minds the morning of checkout.
Overall not a great experience.

Staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and overall very nice individuals, who helped with any questions or requests. Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing I disliked about my stay was the barking dogs on the balcony of adjoining building. I know this was out of the control of the hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, church and shops. The staff was very helpful and courteous. However, I chose this hotel because it indicated there was s restaurant in the hotel, and also laundry. The restaurant is now closed, and guests have to take the laundry to an outside location. It would be very convenient if guests could have this service provided even if there is an extra charge; nothing you wash yourself in the room will dry. I had small clothing items which were still wet after four days..
