Rosalina Ocean Park

Very nice location, clean and beds were so comfortable! Beach super close and convenient.

Adequate but under modest construction. Not disruptive but could use various repairs and upkeep throughout property.

The Rosalina is in an area conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The facility is private and safe. It never felt crowded inside the small complex and we often had the pool areas to ourselves. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We would stay there again.

It was such a nice little stay. The only complaint I will say is you can hear others in the hallways if they’re being even a little bit loud. Overall it was a cute stay and would stay here again 😊

I didn’t like that there was no room service . They were charging $25 just to change the sheets. Seems excessive. Overall, though, the cleaning staff was very nice. They gave us new towels every day.

The place is really amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and smells very good. The room is spacious in the bathroom too. My only issue was that there was no hot water in the shower.

We got in late and left at check out. Our experience was great. I will say its important to note there is no elevator on the property. Luckily i had my husband with me. Other than that the property was great

I would not stay here again. I had a lot of ants in the room, even in my bed. The pool would leak big puddles that I had to use 2 of my towels to soak up. 2 of the 3 shelves in the fridge had standing water as well so I felt hesitant to eat anything I had in there. The repairs on the wall were pretty sad, I guess they don’t have any sand paper. The water pressure in the shower sucked, and the size of the shower and the room felt very prison like. I had one window up by the ceiling so I didn’t get much sunlight or view. Also, there isn’t many options for where to put things so most of my belongings had to be on the floor with the ants marching in. I was charged $25 for wanting to check- in 2 hours early. And the entire stay, I personally no one in the front office and I was in and out pretty frequently. I was in room 7 by the pool and I was constantly hearing people outside door slamming next to me. You hear everything from other rooms. Also I had a couple who had to ask me about the property because they couldn’t contact staff. I don’t work there but somehow I’m the one helping them. They complained about parking. I would choose somewhere else. Especially for $350 for 2 nights in Puerto Rico

Great location, friendly, helpful staff beautiful place, very clean

I was expecting very basic, but it was a very clean, safe, and unique place to rest. Even some snacks and coffee in the morning. For the price especially, very good!

Nice accommodations in a cute town that offers easy walking access to food, grocery stores, and some local shops.

The staff is very friendly, with great communication and helpfulness throughout our stay. Beautiful interior pool areas, and rooms and bed were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a stay in San Juan Ocean Park area.

It was the first time I had done a self check in hotel and never saw an employee during our entire week long stay. We always had a parking spot and getting our keys and finding our room was super easy. Perfect hotel for adults who just want a quiet getaway. Close enough to local restaurants and a Walgreens for a quiet bite or necessities. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

We love the hotel. I would improve two things: the mattress was too soft for me and no lamp on the night table. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very nice pool area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unique check in worked great for late arrival.
