Very helpful and friendly, clean room, stayed twice in week as easy to get metro

New renovated hotel, close to old town and very good breakfast.

The room was fairly spacious, though a bit dusty in the bathroom. The staff were polite, and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel’s location near the metro is a huge plus. I think it’s perfectly sufficient for a one- or two-night stay when visiting the city:)

Nice hotel, modern room and interier, good location, very good breakfast, friendly staff... The only issue was the cleaness; dirty toilet seat and below the bed. Recommended!

Very convenient location to the main bus station - also easy to get to Center of Prague. Very good value for the money!!

Great value for money. The room I was in was renovated compared to when I stayed here a couple of years ago so it's really great :)

Big Dirt, cobwebs, broken beds. Can't sleep. I do not recommend, never again!

The room toilet smelled so bad, that I couldnt stay, so I asked staff for different room, they didnt have any so I left to other hotel. The staff told me they will refund me, but later on they changed mind. So yeah, sucks and I am not coming back.

+ price + 500m subway Križikova - noise - - few meters from hotel is railway - - because of train, you won't have open windows during the night - - you can hear everything from neightbours +- breakfest. not great, not terrible

What a pleasure! A/C worked great. Sweet little room that was the perfect jumping off point for adventures in Prague. Great breakfast!!!

We stayed for 2 nights. When we checked in, we were given a Twin room, not the Double we had requested. There was no other rooms available that night so we stayed in the twin. The shower in that first room was broken so that water was sprayed sideways out of the shower head, so that it hit the wall and room, then flooded the bathroom whilst it was in its holder, so the show had to be used by handing the shower head and trying to hot have the sideways water leave the cubicle. We were moved to a Double for our second night. The staff were very polite and offered assistance in a not too 'over-the-top' way. The second room was much more roomy and comfortable, with a larger bathroom and functioning shower head, but someone had removed a battery from the TV remote so we were unable to turn on our television, which hung at a slight angle on the wall. The biggest plus of the stay was the buffet breakfast that offer every choice of breakfast food that one could expect and plenty of tea and coffee. I might stay here again, just for the breakfast.

I have felt park benches more comfortable than the bed. Hard as a rock, floor would of been softer, and no proper cushion.

In general, good! there was the construction of several parts in the way that causes getting to the hotel to be far away from the main station.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The check-in was very smooth and I just paid city tax. The room was clean big and tidy and everything was perfect. The weathe was hot, the room has a small fan no AC and when u open the window too much insects come in. The mattress was okayish but not the most comfortable. But overall for the price and the quality it's superb and will definitely recommend it to others
