ibis Timisoara City Center

Ideal location for my needs. Nice breakfast

Great location. Quick walk to city centre and amenities. Good value for money

It’s a big hotel, so it was busy. Long line at the breakfast buffet. Not a good hotel if you don’t have a car, no restaurants nearby, so it’s a long cold walk in winter . The kitchen was closed. The rooms are small, with limited hanging space, ok for one person

The nicest Ibis I’ve ever stayed in.

We needed to have parking, good breakfast and to be near old town. Ans so it was. All perfect!

Very friendly and helpful staff,who spoke good English. Room was usual Ibis standard, clean, good beds and shower.

Great hotel, very close to the city center.

Had a laptop holder disappear from my room. Air con didn't work and train outside my room occasionally keeping me awake

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, local farmers and and city center. The room is nice and clean. Bathroom has all toiletries and the shower is excellent. The staff is helpful and spoke English very well. They also have a restaurant at this property, with great coffee with reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.

Extremely hot room, temperature system in room was broken, staff totally uninterested and unhelpful when I asked them to fix it. Hotel wasn't even busy they could have just moved us to another room if they didn't want to fix it

I liked the location, only few minutes walk away from the city center. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. It was perfect for our two night stay. Would highy recommend.

The same door for both bathroom and wardrobe, this particular door was broken, the shelf of the wardrobe were broken, not being able to used. The mini fridge was not cooling, and the air condition/ thermostat not working properly ( even if i set up the thermostat with 3 degrees up or down, it starts after 15 min to cool/ warm the room). Also I think the ventilation hardware was broken, as it was making strange noises. Also take under consideration that they hve different eating hours, so you might want ro plan ahead Pro: really nice service, the lobby is really nice, with places were to work and good wifi, good location, 10 min walking to the city center, parking

Just ok…. a bit noisy, no light into the shower.. “shower in the dark”, the AC ran all night to keep up the temperature at 22*C. Rest ok

It's good for the price, decent location for city centre and restaurants. Staff very poor, made me feel like it was inconvenient to help me check in. More interested in having a joke and chat with each other than helping me at check in. Terrible. I will not stay here again and will warn others not to.

I stayed at the hotel for three weeks while visiting Timisoara. It was a perfect place. Clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast every morning and the staff is friendly and helpful and I plan to stay there again!

There are train tracks behind the hotel. Someone did construction work at 3 am. Did not get a good nights sleep. Shutting the window did not block the noise. Great hotel and close to down town but make sure you are not on the train track side of the hotel.

This place is brand new and they have yet to work out all the kinks. Some are easy (management) fixes. Others are built in (engineering) and will be difficult to change: Management: Too few breakfast staff. Bad internet and intermittent TV. Loud in the outdoor restaurant right under our window until well after 11:00 pm. Inadequate parking. Too few breakfast tables. Clean and well engineered to optimize space. Good elevators. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable beds. Modern electrical outlets and distribution throughout the room.
