We had the best experience with high class service all around.
This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel.
The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. It gives me great pleasure to mention the names and give special thanks to some of the concierge team who made our stay very special, my personal concierge Shahadat Hussein who made sure our stay was as comfortable at it was and thanks to Mohamed Hussein and Hassan who were the politest door men I have met at any hotel, they were very welcoming, friendly and happy to offer any kind of help. And many thanks to the receptionists and the whole team who made our stay memorable.
This was actually the first part of our honeymoon and I am so proud to have chosen this hotel.

Every thing is perfect, the food from the room service wasn't good but it is the best hotel in Jeddah I think.

The room is large, the bed is comfortable, but there is a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, which forced me to change the room, even when I change the room there were some smell. Also I had to wait for a while to do the check out, there isn’t any one at the reception.

The 2 of us hid away from kids and day to day stress for a romantic outing, so I had to pick for the surprise a meaningfully property with exclusive amenities ... Don't get us wrong, the hotel and the room as well as staff were great. BUT, for this price and this name, I do expect to be able to connect my Apple TV box to the TV, but since there was no HDMI available I wasn't able, and the DVD player that should be standard with the room was only available via the butler. When we in for coffee we had to order it because there was no standard coffe and tea set as any regular hotel would offer. To round these goofs up, the smart-home device was not functioning unless on the dock station (curtains and light remote control), so when wanting to dim the entrance lobby light I had to walk to it and there was actually a formal sticker telling me the device was not functioning !!

Amazing decor like a real palace.quite peaceful place to relax. even if the breakfast is not including, one order of Arabic breakfast should be enough for two or maybe three as well with lots of varieties and amazing taste. you can order the breakfast in your room with no extra charges. but the american black coffee has no good taste.

Lets start with the pros. The room was huge and extremly luxurious. The bed was one of the best you would ever try. On the other side, they had troubles checking me in without a "printed proof" of my booking which make the check in one of the worst i have ever had. In addition, they refused to include the breakfast to my room although it was included. They said Expedia customers always don't book with breakfast!! Am I the only one having breakfast here? Any way i needed to talk to the manager and to go to the receiption to show them the itenrary on my expedia account to make them beleive my "lies", which is something you don't like to experience at all.
