Very modern hotel room that was cleaned very well. It's very close to the station and other bus stops that lead to the airport. Great ambience at the lobby and bar area. Overall, can't complain.

We arrived for check in at 3 pm as instructed. There was a queue of about eight groups ahead of us. Once we reached the front desk, we were informed that the computers were down and there was no WiFi in the rooms. I asked the gentleman behind the desk if he might know when the WiFi might be back up, and was told simply "I have no idea, it's a world wide issue. He checked us in using a printed roster of guests and gave us a room key. I had requested an upper floor and some extra towels. Our room was on the 1st floor, and no extra towels. We got to our room sometime after 4 pm. At 10 pm there was still no WiFi. My wife decided to shower. There was no hot water, just luke warm. Our pay-as-you-go phone was empty. Our two US phones have no cell service, only WiFi functionality. We could not communicate with anyone to let them know we had arrived and were ok. At midnight still no WiFi. At 7 am still no WiFi, shower a little warner, not hot. We dressed and went down to the desk. We were told they did not know when the systems would be back up. We were told our key cards would expire at 12 noon, and they would need to be re-keyed if we tried to go to our room after 12. We walked out to find a place to update our pay-as-you-go phone. Once that was done, we got on a hop-on-hop-off bus to explore the city. We returned to the hotel about 4 pm and found a crowd of 20 or more guests trying to check-in, check-out, and get room keys re-keyed. We stood in line for about 30 minutes.
