Room exceeded expectations. Great location and everything went brilliantly with our stay

The location is good, close to the city centre, and lots of bars, eateries and cafes close by. It is above a rodeo bar which is open late, so expect a bit of street noise, especially later in the week. But if you fancy a shot on the bull pit, it's a bonus.

Nice place to stay, large room with a full equipped kitchen. Close to major attraction and main streets.

Clean and luxury room. Bathroom to match. Convenient location which was quiet at night.

The bedroom had a tall narrow drawer unit with a TV perched on top. It was unstable and was not fixed to the wall. I opened the top drawer and the unit and TV toppled onto me. I had just a couple of minor injuries but I dread to think what would have happened if it was a child The reception staff were very helpful and offered to get medical assistance but I didn't need it. They offered a late check out at a time of my choosing which I was grateful for. All went wrong on check out. I went out of hotel for some coffee I reminded the receptionist that I had a late checkout and asked if my key would still work. She said that it would. I arrived back and asked again if it would work. It didn't and neither did my partner's and had to return get the key reset Half an hour later I got a call from her saying we had to leave the room to let cleaning staff in. I told her to check the late checkout imon the booking system and phone me back to apologise for the mix up -no return phone call When we left I complained and she claimed that I had checked out earlier that morning and had given her my key - a totally made up description of events. All that was required was an acceptance that a mistake had been made and an apology for the inconvenience.

The apartment was ideal for our long weekend. The rooms are nicely done, the bed & bedding very comfortable & the bathroom has plenty of hot water & nice towels. It was great to be able to make a cup of tea on arrival thanks to the tea, biscuits & milk available. The kitchen had was well equipped. The apartment showed a little wear & tear (the kitchen mixer tap was very loose but still useable) but that didn’t distract from its comfort & atmosphere. We were in the centre of Glasgow & our apartment was two floors above Graces Irish Bar. It meant we had plenty of singing til midnight due to their live music but it wasn’t a problem. They kept strictly to their curfew times & all we heard were people having a good time.

Location excellent for shops , bars , restaurants. Breakfast room staff do nice and friendly . Reception staff very helpful . Cleaners do a great job and cheery

Been a few times now a bit more pricey but worth it trendy bars restaurants on your doorstep and B Thomson

Really good stay for brining my parented and dog on my work trip. Would definitely book again. Great apartment space with a good enough kitchen for a few days. Only downside was that the sound insulation could have been better.

Really good location and lovely place

Room was just dated, no amenities worth mentioning, was a large room but felt dirty. Not worth the money

The suite was better than expected, clean, homely and catered for all my needs. My only criticism would be the need for USB sockets as I never took a charger but that would be my only change otherwise I couldn’t recommend enough.

Excellant stay and fabulously good accommodation

On arrival I was greeted by a friendly young man and the check in was very efficient. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well presented, spacious and clean. There was a small kitchen area that had everything you needed. The bathroom had a great bath a shower with really nice amenities. The whole experience was just quality. I would have no hesitation in staying again,
