We checked in on line which was good, got to the hotel about 1 ish and our room was ready brilliant room 229 we popped up to freshing up and we had twin beds when I booked a double so back down to reception, told us they would come in and zip them together and make up the bed, ok so off to explore Glasgow, on our return about 1130 unable to get into room so back down to reception new key cards back up to room only to find the beds not done so back down, new room moved rooms back down with old room key cards then back to room I

Signed up to the loyalty program through a QR code on the TV in order to use the WiFi and was immediately signed up to 2 European subscription sites which would have taken £85 after 24 hours. Only spotted this when I went into my emails and had been sent confirmations (about 3am)! Has to cancel my debit card to prevent fraud so steer clear. Room was fine though was put next to a boiler room or something and it banged like a door slamming every couple of minutes. Facilities are adequate and the location is very good, didn't use the restaurant as there are loads of options close by. I've been here a few times and I swear it's been part of a building site for years now so ne prepared for some noisy disruption through the day.

The general area seems very nice and quiet but a lot of 'unique' individuals seem to hang around the outside of the hotel for some unknown reason. The bathroom is basic like something from a cruise ship, the bed is not comfortable and gave me neck pain, the electric plug for the kettle is a weird extention lead not long enough for the kettle to reach, there's no parking but I should have checked that before booking. They still use magswipe cards here, you have to try a few times to call the lift, very irritating.

Couldn't fault the facilities, service and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Hotel is located at the far end of Sauchiehall Hall Street so be prepared for a walk before you reach the main shopping area. Plenty of restaurants and pubs close to the hotel.

Unfortunately the handle in my window was broken and could not close the window. The noise outside was unbearable. There were road works /construction work all night. I probably slept 3hours maximum.

Fine hotel, quick check in albeit faced with one of the reception staff who had an extraordinary loud voice. Room was clean and well stocked with accessories, good TV and nice shower unit. Noticed some duct tape on one of the stairs handrails which takes away the premium feel. Was offered breakfast but there are many chains close by where you can take the other option if you want to pay less. I've stayed at this hotel a few times and there seems to be neverending contruction works directly outside and this does lead to noise disruption. But overall a positive place to stay in a good location.
