Too early for breakfast for me, but Bistro offers breakfast menu from 10am, has to be paid for but very good if not an early riser! All the Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. Food was great and what made it, for me, was could get a drink and take up to room to relax with. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is on an ideal location for exploring Dunfermline's ancient history sites which are all very close by. Slightly disappointed there was no information in the hotel itself. All the staff were friendly with the food being a highlight for me. Bed was very constable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Very well positioned for bars ,shops etc & also for the lovely Park very close by. Food was very good & rooms good & comfy. Only gripe was we missed breakfast on the Monday due to sunday time being an hour later( our fault 9am finish, not 10am).Lady on reception not really interested we thought. One of the breakfast staff said later to us " Oh sorry I would have done you a sandwich or something " but time had past an needed to leave,so said thanks but not to worry. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again, Dunfermline is a nice friendly place

The hotel was as advertised. It was well located and local infirmation was supplied. Breakfast had freshly cooked limited selection ,cereal boxes, porridge, toast and fruit. A misunderstanding in communication and our own fault in not checking meant that we missed breakfast on Monday morning. It finished at 9am and we arrived at 9.15 thinking it was in until 10am. Reception were unhelpful

I arrived just before 8pm and was told that it was too late to order food, on a Friday night that was disappointing. Sign in room states no takeaway to be eaten in room, probably because the kitchen closes so early!! was then told that breakfast was between 7 and 9 am, again disappointing as it was the weekend. Whoever chose the shower gel in the room, needs their nasal passages cleaned, it smells of old burnt pipe tobacco .

Great well priced hotel within the city centre. Walking distance to the train station. Be warned that no takeaway food is allowed on the premises which you don’t get told anywhere until in the room. Also they will take a bank card for possible damages then check you into a room with massive stains on the carpet.
