Reserved a Superior Queen room, but the front desk receptionist informed me that my room has no window and catered to my request to upgrade to the Deluxe King Room. My room was at the 2nd floor, corner. As shown in the photo, the room is pretty small, but cozy. It has a unique concept whereby the bed is placed on top of a platform instead of a bed frame. The room is also equipped with a Smart TV and mini fridge. They provide kettle, coffee/tea, weighing machine, hairdryer and toiletries. The bathroom is clean and well maintained too. Wifi connection is good. The only cons I had was that the room isn't really soundproof. I can hear chatters from the other room but it wasn't really a big deal for me as I have no issue sleeping at night. The hotel is located a few mins away from Lavender MRT station and surrounded with many eateries & 7-11. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here.

Not sure, we expected the room to be better with the amount we paid. Nonetheless, our room at level 1. And noises from near reception, other room toilet, upstair downstair movement and boiling kettle from other room can be heard. The aircon are not clean every time for new booking, as me and husband are dirt sensitive and my husband take alook it so superdirty and he need to clean it. Photos for reference. And also the bed sheet there stain not sure is it chocolate or blood.

Basically it's a small square room. Cleanliness was very bad. There's ants, hairs everywhere. Shampoo stain marks in toilet. I could easily make it off blastic shower head water, then what's the staff doing? Bed wasn't made properly. They were constantly blasting music, singing loudly in between 1pm-7pm. Before I check out next day, 10am they was vacuuming floor outside. Throughout the whole night not a good experience. Blinking lights. Even when all switch are off? Like running electric. Walls are super thin, next door use water can hear loudly. The toilet side next door is at our bed side. Worst still, understand that check out timing was at 12pm. There is an wake up call at 10.56am telling us check out timing scare the shit out of us as the phone is directly at bed. Won't recommend, other hotels would be better with similar prices.

The room is quite small. but has complete facilities The light in the room is a bit dark, the air conditioner is cool, can be adjusted. Personally, I feel that the bedding is not very clean. And there is a smell of cigarettes in the room even though the room is labeled no smoking

Service wasn't bad but some places like under the table is extremely dusty. Dun drop anything there.
