We stayed here to rest for a connecting flight as airport accommodation was booked out. It was comfortable to recharge and rest, shower had good water pressure. 24 hour staff were helpful, had some vending machines on site for drinks. Would stay again on next stay to enjoy the water park and shops.

It has good quiet resort location near the beach which I found very likable.
I didn't find their water dispenser user friendly as the sensor on the dispenser was not working well. It was not just the set in my particular room either. It is simply this particular model that D'resort has chosen.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They allowed us early check in. The room was cleaned every day. Location was excellent with a local shopping mall and free shuttle bus service to another nearby mall and MRT. The wild wild wet water park was great for kids and adults alike. Nearby park, bicycles to rent and places for BBQ, the list goes on.

The design of hotel is so bad that we got upgraded to building behind the reception but only one area has a lift to get to lobby so every time we catch a taxi, we have to walk for ages.
No bell service so Youn have to walk for ages as well with luggage.
No hot water. Lots of ants in the room. No shuttle bus to next door so you have to walk for ages.

Hotel was close to the airport and great for easy access to the water park and shopping centre with dining. However, the facilities in the room were below expectation - just 4 pillows for 4 people (2 queen beds), no extra pillows, blankets, glasses to drink from (just coffee mugs). Nowhere to get ice to make a drink with (other than buying fro $6 from the shop). No bar or other normal hotel facilities. Otherwise room was okay

It’s an ok premise as I’ve only chosen this hotel for transit purpose. Even that I feel it’s quite far from the airport, our Grab driver mentioned it’s because there’s a lot of turn around. The bathroom section is quite outdated and I found a small cockroach running around near the kitchen sink. The AC is also not too strong, it takes a while before the room gets cooled off. The only good thing is it’s quite a nice walk to the mall nearby for eating and leisure.

2nd time I've stayed here and enjoyed both times, nice modern, clean hotel with a shopping centre attached to it with anything you'd ever need. Gate to Pasir Ris park on the beach and a Mangrove Walk. Great hotel if you're a nature lover. A bit out of the way from downtown, 20 minute walk to Pasir Ris MRT Station but the MRT is fast and extremely frequent.

It was OK stay. Had issue with early morning cleaning and banging around they didnt considered people sleeping around 9.00 am

Resort is clean and quiet with free shuttle to MRT station. At the back is a park and beach and on the side is a waterpark. In front of property is a mall with a walkway from resort to the mall. It takes time to discover it.

We were a family of 10 ranging from 2y/o to 75 y/o. Place is comfortable, quiet, walkable to mall and bus/MRT. Free shuttle to MRT. But we mostly used GRAB for commute.
