Hotel Supreme

The bedsheets were unchanged and still smelled musty and full of hair, the blankets were dirty and itchy, the bathroom was moldy and filthy, the hairdryer was broken, the room lights were dim, and while the MRT station was nearby, the stairs were a real struggle for someone carrying a large suitcase.

Arriving in the middle of the night, no staff could help with my suitcase. I had just entered and found a cockroach 🫣, My God 😐. The bathroom didn't provide any toiletries at all. The sheets looked dirty. I booked for 3 nights but I only stayed one night, and then moved to another hotel the next day. Even though I had already paid for 3 nights, I chose to move to another hotel the next day.

Old hotel. The toilet's hot water is not working, very risky service!! No drinking water, no body shop, no coffee and tea, TV is not working, staff cleaning services are annoying.

Even though the hotel is very old-fashioned and far from luxurious, the rooms are spacious and the location is strategic. You can find breakfast or laundry just by walking.

The staff and cleaning service are friendly. It's close to restaurants, the MRT station, and bus stops to several tourist destinations. I often stay at this hotel when I'm in Singapore.

Next to our room was an AHU room which was very noisy so we couldn't rest and sleep, so instead of staying 3 nights, we only stayed for 1 night.

We tried this hotel before some years ago but it was not as bad as last week.

The hotel is old so it's not very comfortable, the pillows are really dirty, the pillowcases, sheets, and blankets probably haven't been changed, basically the hotel is not comfortable.

overall good, but no breakfast. so I haven't breakfast at all.

The room is very airy and cool, having a window is the choice I need most because it is good to receive the early morning sunlight very well. 10 stars.

Simple but satisfying, the stay was meeting all my expectations.

Good hotel and great location, shall return again.

Hotel Supreme is a great place to stay in the neighborhood of Orchard, even though it's cheap compared to the rest of the hotels nearby, but the room is very big and spacious, and it's near the shopping center.

The hotel is a bit creepy, the location is close to the bar so it's still crowded in the middle of the night The bed is a bit soft

We've a little bit shock when went to the barhroom. The bath tub was cracking, the soap dispenser was not well mounted. But, oke... I think this is an old hotel, but they manage to clean it well. But when it comes to our check out day. We're supposed to check out at 12.00. So early in the morning we go out from our hotel to do some activities. When we come back around 11.20s, one of our room (we booked 2 rooms), was opened wide and 2 of the staff were sitting and eating in our room. Our luggage was collected in other room, but some of our stuff still there. Even we have to asked where was my son jacket that previously left in that room. Not to mention our bottled drink that still left in the fridge. We got out jacket back, but come and sit in our room while we haven't checked out yet is unacceptable for me.

The sound of the bed from the room above was very clearly audible downstairs, so my little child asked, "Mom, what's that sound? What are you doing that makes the mattress make springs sound (adults will definitely understand what that means)."

best hotel and I like, maybe I want come again

Family member in another room had bed not fit or safe for anyone to sleep on. Spinal cord will hit the spring bed bottom. Bed should be discarded before anyone gets hurt. Fortunately was able to change room for a decent safe bed.
