Could not fault the hotel. Staff, especially the cleaning staff, nothing too much trouble. Nice touch complementary snacks every day replenished!!! Dont hesitate to book. Easy to get about places to see eat and drink locally near metro links. Pool area spotless and open until late. Would stay again

The property was very clean and staff was wonderful. The rooftop pool area was very nice and had a nice view of surrounding areas. Hotel was outside of the downtown area but Singapore has very good transit system. We took the bus and metro system to get to the places we wanted to go.

Everything outside the hotel were within walking distance especially the restaurants. The rooms were a little bit dirty with marks on the walls and bathroom sink. There were loose hair in the bathroom. Some of the staff at the cafe has poor hygiene. One staff sneezed and didn't wash his hands at the cafe

Close to restaurants, malls and local stores walking distance. Room was a little bit dirty to where there were marks on walls. The bathroom sink looked scratched up and saw a few hair in the sink

Had confusion with primal booking when I tried to change to 3 person to add my son. Day of departure I got confirmation of change but had already reserved another room for son as I couldn’t travel without a bed for him.
All worked out in the end but could have been easier.

Hotel Traveltine’s location is its biggest strength—being right next to Masjid Sultan was a major plus and made it easy to explore the area.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a serious letdown. It was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. I had to spray my own perfume just to make it bearable. On top of that, the room didn’t even include a basic amenity like an iron. You have to call down to request one, and they expect you to return it immediately after use, which is inconvenient and frustrating.
For the price and location, I expected much better in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It says 4 star hotel but I would say it is more of a 3 star. No netflix channel. A little bit dirty is some places. It is very near to Haji Lane ad opposite has a Hawker Centre. Accessible everywhere. Laundromat is a plus! Pool is very nice and staff are amazing!
