My experience staying at Ibis Budget Singapore Sapphire was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi in the room was also good. You can refill your drinking water at the reception. The bus stop is also close, and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and quite spacious for three persons in one room. The staff are polite, helpful, and friendly, especially the guy in reception; he is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very good... just a minute away to public transport (shuttle bus), many restaurants which still open even in midnight, there is also 7-Eleven, mosque, everything is just in walking distance.

The room and all the things inside are clean. Staffs are friendly. The hotel is located near Singapore National Stadium; you can walk only about 15 minutes to get there, perfect for staying if you want to go see some concert. Food is easy to find, too. And you can put your luggage in the hotel after checking out, free of charge before midnight.

Smooth check-in and -out! They even gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room! The hotel has this nice fragrance (heh heh) that I love, clean room and bathroom, and the crews are very friendly and helpful. I was particularly fond of the uncle that cleaned my room, as he was so funky and very generous to me. Even though my package didn't have any breakfast, but you can easily find nice meals in the vicinity -- Indian or Chinese, you choose! -- minimarts, bus stop, and it is even near a mosque and a temple! Not too far from Kallang MRT Station; you can walk if you like, but you can also definitely use a bus.

The location is surrounded by foods, literally 110m from the bus stop. Also, there is a 7-Eleven nearby. Ibis as usual never disappoints about cleanliness. Very recommended!

A Pleasant Stay at ibis Budget Sapphire I had a pleasant experience staying at ibis Budget Sapphire. The check-in process was convenient and efficient through the mobile application. The reception staff warmly welcomed me and provided clear explanations about the hotel facilities. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Although the bedroom space was somewhat limited, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The room was equipped with two clean large towels, a hair dryer, television, wardrobe with several hangers, glasses and an electric kettle, as well as amenities including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and liquid soap. Both the toilet and air conditioning functioned well. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at ibis Budget Sapphire.

Hello, I met Patrick, the receptionist, who was very helpful in checking me in after arriving late at night. The hotel is close to the bus stop, a 2-minute walk away. The nearest MTR station, Kallang MTR, is probably a 10-15 minute walk, but you can find a bus from the bus stop that gets you off at the MTR.

The location is only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. If you go to Kallang MRT, it is quite far, about 12-14 minutes walk. That's why I prefer to take the bus everywhere. The hotel does not provide mineral water bottles but the tap water is safe to drink (already meets Singapore standards) And the most favorite thing about this hotel is that there is a bidet 😊, something that is rarely found in other hotels in Singapore

The hotel staff is very friendly, we arrived at 7 am and were able to leave our luggage. There is a special room to put our luggage and were given a number by the staff before check-in at 3 pm. The room, although not that spacious, is comfortable, and surprisingly there is a bidet.
