Very friendly counter staff, always attentive to our needs. Sadly currently no facilities are available except the social Kitchen space. The room is small but cozy. Relatively clean and functional

Love the hotel, there's a shared kitchen where you can cook and there's also a shared dining area right outside. There's a lot of vending machine that is conveniently located outside at the common area and the entire theme of the hotel is very homely. Most importantly, the price of the room is super affordable and the rooms as super clean! Love love love it! :)

Highly recommended! Service was wonderful with friendly employees helping us from the start to the end with sunshine and smile :) Location is wonderful as it is just above a mall which makes it convenient to go for meals or to get snacks and drinks! It is a co-living space so things like microwave and clothes iron are in the shared area if you need them but most essential appliances like hairdryer and electric kettle are available in the room!

The stay was highly satisfied. The service was great. Lobby and sharing spaces here are really great as there are multiple activities for visitors to try. The hotel was located on the 4th floor of the mall so it is very convenient to grab something or have some meals inside the mall.

위치 좋고 가성비 좋음. 서비스도 괜찮아서 수건 제공이나 방 청소도 재깍재깍 해주는데, 단기 숙박이면 심플 청소 청결상태는 기대할 정도까진 아님. 에어컨 약한데 밤에 잘 때 생각보다 시원함. 냉장고는 방에 따로 없고 5층 주방에만 있어서 불편하긴 한데 네임택 스티커 붙여놓으면 따로 훔쳐가진 않는듯. 619호 묵었는데 소방서 바로 앞이라 밤에 사이렌 소리 좀 시끄러움. 방충망 없고 잔디밭에 누워있는 사람들이랑 아이컨택 될 수 있어서 버티컬 올리거나 창문 못염.

It was a good stay, it's well located to get to public transport and has plenty of shops and dining nearby. The room itself is spacious enough for Singapore, there was underbed storage for the suitcases and somewhere to hang and store clothes.
I hadn't realised there wouldn't be a fridge in the room which was a little inconvenient! There are communal fridges on each floor, but I prefer to have my own.
The working space on the lobby floor was also very useful and spacious, so I could work there instead of in my room.

The shared space made the room feel less crowded.
The items in the room were also very usefull. I really liked the water pitcher.
One complaint would be the shower not having a full door. The whole bathroom getting wet makes use after shower uncomfterable but this is a minor issue.

A modern hotel within a shopping centre which was useful. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good, scrambled egg, noodles/breaded crab, bread to toast, japenese soup, tea/coffee. Water machine and small fridge on each floor for the rooms to use. One of the lifts broke, leaving only one in use, so took us 20 mins to get to reception to check out as the lift was always full.
If arriving using the metro you can walk from the station to the shopping centre undergound which was great if raining outside.

Where do I start. Went to book in only to find Expedia had,nt informed them of change in booking, even though I showed the receptionist all the reverent emails attaining to this stay they refused to accept them so had to loose my original payment of £195 and rebook at the hotel rate of £352 for 2 night stay plus I allready paid for a 3rd night. Tired and very weary after a very long flight and my body time of 3am I reluctantly excepted it. When I got to my room there was no complimentary tea or coffee, no tv, no hot water in the sink basin so had to boil kettle for a shave, no fridge to keep anything cold only a shared fridge at the end of a long hall, veiw from my windows was a concrete building next door. To say I had a terrible stay would be an understatement. The ONLY plus was the friendly reception staff during the day . So the overall stay was a complete disaster and would warn anybody off staying there.

We didn’t like the shower setup—there was no shower curtain to prevent water from splashing onto the floor and toilet. A simple shower curtain would have made a big difference, especially when towels are not replaced daily.

Great location with facilities in the shopping malls, 2 MRT stations close by, walking distance to Clark Quay and Boat Quay. But a lot of noise from the fire station across the road, either a nearby building site or the garbage disposal, as well as the busy roads. It needs better sound proofing a glazing in the bedrooms. Breakfast is limited in choice and quality, especially for a European.
