My first time staying at Lyf Funan and it was amazing. The location is close to everything: the MRT station, 7/11, various restaurants/cafes, and the Merlion. It’s also only 20 mins from Changi airport by car.

Love the hotel, there's a shared kitchen where you can cook and there's also a shared dining area right outside. There's a lot of vending machine that is conveniently located outside at the common area and the entire theme of the hotel is very homely. Most importantly, the price of the room is super affordable and the rooms as super clean! Love love love it! :)

Highly recommended! Service was wonderful with friendly employees helping us from the start to the end with sunshine and smile :) Location is wonderful as it is just above a mall which makes it convenient to go for meals or to get snacks and drinks! It is a co-living space so things like microwave and clothes iron are in the shared area if you need them but most essential appliances like hairdryer and electric kettle are available in the room!

The stay was highly satisfied. The service was great. Lobby and sharing spaces here are really great as there are multiple activities for visitors to try. The hotel was located on the 4th floor of the mall so it is very convenient to grab something or have some meals inside the mall.

Great location above a large mall with a large food court. Centrally located within walking distance of the museum, Arab quarter and many famous shopping streets and hawker halls. They do a great job of sharing common spaces if you need to hang out after you have checked out and are waiting to head to the airport. Loved it!!

The room provides 2 full bath and 2 separate rooms that gives the guest enough space for their belongings and privacy especially for family of four. The property provides most of the amenities that any guest can ask for like free breakfast, laundry area, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen items used for cooking and eating. The room is so nice, clean and upgraded. The place is walking distance to Bugis Market, Merlion and Raffles shopping area, Don don Donki, etc. I will definitely come back to this place again. The staff are so courteous and helpful.

Nice location for walking around tourist areas. Also located inside a mall which has benefits. Big negative is the breakfast. There is not enough seating, and the entire area gets congested with anymore than 25 people. Not an enjoyable start to the day.

This hotel was in a great location and was quite convenient to a lot of places (good for tourists)- it’s situated in a mall so lots of food options, pharmacy (or beauty stores), and shopping galore! The staff were very pleasant and friendly, our room was spacious (for 2 people) and clean, and the breakfast inclusion was very good. Although we were not able to eat breakfast everyday cause it was just too crowded, the days that we were able to, food was quite good.

We had a really pleasant stay overall, just a step away from being excellent. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, transport, and dining options. That convenience made a big difference throughout the trip. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a good variety and consistently satisfying quality. It was a great way to start the day without needing to go out and search for food. One small area for improvement would be housekeeping. Room cleaning was done every other day, which was manageable, but a more frequent schedule would have made the stay feel more comfortable and polished. Aside from that, everything else met expectations. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a well-located and comfortable place in Singapore.
