MKS Backpackers Hostel - Dalhousie Lane

The place is dirty, there is a dead air conditioner, rundown, dirty sheets and dirty pillowcases. the bathroom might be upgraded. cupboard no lock. Cramped room. The hostel telephone number is difficult to contact.

Locked outside for almost an hour, no phone calls, when I check-in, no access card is provided for entry and exit. Continue to be disturbed / slashed by hostel maids, so annoying.

Not communicative, not friendly, quite doubtful of its location, poor service.

Mesen, whose room is 8, is given a room with 12 people. less clean, bad service.

The rooms are not quality. The pillows smelled. There shouldn't be an unclean bathroom. No blanket There are rats running in the area.

I just want to save people from actually staying at this poor excuse of a hostel. For starter, we were not given a key to enter the hostel, we had to walk to its HQ to meet someone who had the key to open the hostel every time we got out! And the bedroom, it's not even made! trash everywhere, blood staining the bed sheets, all the lockers were full of stuff even though only one other person stayed here. We found rats roaming freely, bed full of bed bugs. And of course there's no blanket. And no, we won't even start on the bathroom. Remembering it makes me want to vomit. It's a nightmare.
