Location is near the train station. The lobby was so pop art inspired and nice and toasty in winter. Easy to walk around and nearby bus stops to other places. The staff are friendly too and the room is cozy. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located very close to the train station. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the old town Pu art of the city. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Checkin at the hotel with Veronica was very enjoyable and easy. She was very nice, helpful and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure.

Our stay at the Clarion Congress Bratislava was a pleasure. This is an excellent hotel. Our room was recently renovated, and everything was modern, clean and new. Also, it is spacious and had a nice view (5th floor). It is easily walkable to the train station and the historic town. We have never been to Bratislava before, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful, classic European capital city on the Danube. There were lots of people around, making it lively, but no terrible crush of tourists. All cool.

A lovely pleasant surprise, considering what i paid for the hotel. Very tastfully decorated. The added bonus was the bus/train station was around the corner. Bratislava old town was a manageable walk away from the hotel

The hotel is new, clean and fresh and is excellent value. Great restaurant. Well-located for both the hl. st. railway station and the city centre. The bathroom is good but… the shower is poor. The overhead (rainfall) shower pressure is ridiculously weak so it takes a long time (minutes) for the water temperature to change. Hopeless. The hand-held shower is fine though. Bed is extremely comfortable.

I chose it because it is located literally next to the train station. It was a great stay and the staff were great. Fluent in multiple languages. I had breakfast one morning. The selection was quite large (although I’m celiac and therefore quite limited for me) and lots of variety including cereals, fruit, meats, tons of pastries etc. it is only a 15 minute walk to the tourist part of town. I booked a single room (one twin bed) and it was a very large room, huge bathroom. Would recommend!

Polite staff, clean room, courtesy bottle of water provided. Wasn't too keen that you could see the shower from the bedroom - ie no privacy for the person showering if you are sharing. Also the bath was peculiarly high so wasn't that easy to get out of (never usually have an issue). We initially didn't think the air-con was working but you have to close all the windows for it to kick in (which is absolutely fine!)

The staff were fabulous; they could not do enough for us and were super helpful! We had a lovely time during our stay. One suggestion would be to have som e USB charge points in the hotel or rooms but apart from that, this is a great hotel!

The room was better than I expected and as clean as anywhere we have stayed. The staff in the bar, restaurant and desk were all courteous. The food was very nice and the only improvement that I could think of would be to improve the cereal choice and quality, at breakfast, but this os a minor point. Very nice stay, thank you.
