There is no curtain or door for shower area- it's just a tub with a hand held shower sprayer. If you are used to a more westernized shower- this will take some figuring out. Other than that, Front desk was very friendly and check-in was easy. Room was comfy for our family of 3. (two adults & 1 teenager) The location was great- we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see, including the Christmas market, & the breakfast was most impressive with a wonderful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel stay was unacceptable. The room was not cleaned for two days, despite my complaint after the first night. The sink was clogged and remained unfixed. Maintenance was severely lacking, and a noisy bathroom vent disrupted my sleep. The management was unresponsive—I waited two days to speak with the manager, who showed no concern, took no responsibility, and offered no compensation. This experience was far below any reasonable standard, let alone that of a '4-star' hotel. A truly disappointing and poorly managed establishment.

Hotel is a short walk from old town. Clean hotel. Reception staff very nice. We left our luggage in storage on our arrival and after check out, no issues. Close to public transportation. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and tasty.
