Acube Hotel

staff were helpful and allowed me late check out and early checkin as i had two bookings for different size rooms in one stretch’s

Acube is located in walking distance of the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a very impressive modern architectural site, and is also close to some popular food markets and within a 20 or 30 minute walk to some of the pavilions. The building is a little dated but the rooms are clean and beds and linens are good and the staff is helpful. The entry instructions say to enter your confirmation on the screen out front but it didn’t work with my Expedia confirmation. No problem the person at the front desk looked after us.

Very dated facility, stained carpet and shower curtains (these are very noticeable stains, too - about 12cm diameter or larger), cracked walls and other signs of disrepair. Not many places to hang towels to dry in the bathroom (but they were replaced daily so this wasn’t much of a problem). Still, staff was very friendly and attentive, customer service was great, and bottled water was provided for free daily and upon request. The hotel is located near convenience stores and a bus stop and we did not have any problems getting around without a car. Bed was very comfortable.

Great rooms and amenities!

Location is very convenient, walkable to Dongdaemun, the subway is less than 50m away and the subway is right smack in the middle of Seoul, easy to travel to prominent locations.

Only thing is the hotel don’t have front desk at 24 hrs and not enough light. Room a bit too dark

Decent space for a family of 5. Location is very convenient and close to everything. We just hope that there’s a microwave inside the room.

You get what you pay for. pros : location, privacy, rates cons: warn out towels. broken electric outlet, safe box not usable, no gym, no coffee, ugly veiw from window,

Great location and suronding area. The hotel is small but great option to sleep and have a good rest night.

Quiet.. easy to travel around

The staff were super helpful. But I didn't appreciate the stains in the carpet in my room. The fact that there's no restaurant or bar as advertised were also frustrating. I also don't appreciate the fact that you don't get a key and you don't have staff there much of the time. The neighborhood also doesn't have any restaurants or services near it.

Room floor was dirty but beside that it was good

Good location, good staff , clean rooms We were family of 4 - received top floor family room Room is spacious , clean, no noise , sufficient amenities & safe Front desk staff very nice & helpful Location may not be the top choice for shoppers but there is subway entrance about 2 minutes walk - once in the subway train = accessible anywhere There is 24 he convenience store ( CU) about 2 minutes walk ~~ convenient for anything ! Price is reasonable ~~ enjoy our stay in this Hotel , thank you!

Clean and easy check in

Quite a good location if you wander into the alleys for many restaurants. Jongno market is good for seaweed and dried stuffs. Ok distance to walk to the subway. Room we got is pretty newly renovated. Reasonable price.

Staffs was very helpful, breakfast was great and the hotel is very clean.

Very good hotel. I will go back again. Convenient to subway.
