Nice place to stay. We stayed for 4 days and nights and felt so good about their hospitality and services. This place is near several 'must-to-go' places in Seoul: Namsan Tower, Myeongdong Market, historical places, central library, etc. The most interesting thing is its proximity to the escalator of the metro rail transport. So, I highly recommend this place to stay for everyone!

Had an amazing experience here. A slight 18 min walk to Myeongdong shopping district but close to subway and a lot of restaurants. The R.ena Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor is the so tasty. You gotta try it. If you're staying there you get a discount. Hotel Ena, is a def stay again. A stones throw away from here. So beautiful!

We came here during our honeymoon and we had an amazing stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and looked just as advertised. They also have a laundry area that was very useful to wash our clothing in the middle of our trip. Location was right next to the train which was very convenient.

It’s an amazing hotel and we are returning guests for the umpteenth time ! To me , stepping into the hotel makes me feel like I’m home as the staff are so welcoming and helpful always! The rooms are always spick and span too! The only downside is the non-availability of the airport limousine on Saturdays due to the protests and resulting road closure. I wish the hotel may consider providing scheduled shuttle to the nearest airport limousine station which is usually Chosun or The Plaza on such occasions as taxis do not want to ply the short distance from ENA to these hotels. Would be good that the recept stays abreast of updated information on the road closures too so that guests can be kept informed . Otherwise , this hotel is really the best place to stay !

We stayed in a Junior Suite which was perfect for us and our toddler. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We arrived at around 2am in the morning after our flight was delayed but the staff were still super friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast daily at the restaurant on site which had good options and we really appreciated the effort that the manager made with our son each day, even bringing him his favourite drink each morning as soon as we arrived. Having the pool was a great addition as we ended most days with a swim after being in the heat and humidity. The laundry was also another convenient amenity to have access to, especially when traveling in summer. The location was amazing and backs onto City Hall station making it easy to get around Seoul. There are lots of restaurant options on the same street as the hotel and surrounding area, as well as multiple convenience stores and cafes. It's also an easy walk to places including Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Thr hotel.is conveniently located near the City Hall subway station, which made travel around Seoul easy and convenient. There is plenty of shopping within a short walk and there are restaurants and convenience stores within a block of the hotel entrance. The staff was excellent and committed to being helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had a great view (we were on the 17th floor). Slippers were provided and complimentary water was refilled in the refrigerator daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower very nice, with almost instant hot water. The breakfast service provided us with a great start to each day with several choices and food prepared to order. I would definitely stay in this hotel during future visits to Seoul.

Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job of tidying the room and replacing towels, and other items daily as needed. A very nice touch was having a free water bottle in the fridge each day. Was definitely nice coming back to a cold water after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Also, location was close to Nam
