Room size was ample for a budget hotel. Bathroom was modern. Close to “Golden Street” (back door leads to it). Very clean with nice amenities.

This hotel is brand new hotel, opened in March 2019. Everything is extremely clean and new, including bedding, bathroom, and interior of the building. Very convenient for parking cars. They provide very clean bath robes and very clean towels. The room and bathroom was sparkling clean, and huge. The beds are very very comfortable. A lot of restaurants are nearby. Especially, Gaya Milmeon( Gaya cold noodle) Restaurant is next to the hotel and the price is very reasonable( only 6,000 Korean Won, less than $6). It was really delicious.
Almost every tourist sites are within walking distance, except Bulkuksa Temple. Very convenient location. The only inconvenience is no elevator in the building, but considering all other things it is relatively no problem for most of people without physical problem.

The Gaya Mini Hotel is an excellent hotel with immaculate rooms and a fabulous location. My complaint, though, which prevents me from giving 5 stars, is that there is service at all. My room wasn't cleaned at all for the second day of my stay, and there was nobody at the front desk to request a cleaning of the room.

The room was very basic but clean. The twin beds were comfortable. The bathroom modern but the shower scream was somewhat inadequate as water spread across the bath room. But it was cheap ish and we were happy with it.

Check in time was really late and they didn't tell us before hand that it's an automated checkin system through a machine. They didn't even have any service to hold luggage either. Very poor system they got going. The room was smelly too with no lifts. Had to carry the luggage up to the 3rd floor!

The room is decent but I personally find it slightly inconvenient that there isn’t a closet to hang my clothes. The hotel also doesn’t have an elevator so this might be something to keep in mind if you have big luggages. I had a really heavy luggage and had to carry it to the third floor myself.
They are also very strict about check in time especially if you book from Expedia or any other non-Korean website. You will need help from the front desk to get your confirmation number to get your key and the check in window is only between 5pm-9pm.
Other than the slight inconvenience, the room is nice and clean and honestly a good hotel option for its price. All of the main attractions and famous restaurants in gyeongju are within walking distance so it was very convenient.

大陵苑近くに位置し市内観光に持ってこい。お部屋も清潔に整備されて快適。
難を言うとチェックインが16時からと少し遅めな事と、バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋だったので、冬場ゆっくり温まりたい時はちょっとかな？

침대가 별로에요 개인적으로 그리고 방음이 잘안되고요 룸컨디션은 괜찮았는데 보일러가 중앙난방이라 저는 더웠어요
조절을 할 수 없어서 아쉬웠습니다ㅠㅠㅠ 뚜벅이 여행이라서 황리단길과 가깝고 도보로 35분이면 경주박물관까지 걸어갈수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 다시 묵지는 않을 듯

Pésimo hotel, ruido de lavadoras toda la noche, las persianas dejan pasar toda la luz, no puedes descansar, tienen toallas de cara para bañarte, la calefacción no servía y encima ni siquiera hay gente en el lobby que te atienda más que cuando llegas, pésimo servicio y además se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones
