The room was spacious, staff was helpful, ensuite sauna was a bonus. Central location in Gangnam made it easy to get around locally

Had a nice time at this hotel! Room was spacious and clean, but the staff were the best. They were all very helpful, especially given I didn’t speak Korean, all of them were able to help me without hesitation which I really appreciated. Would stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Easy access to subway station and airport limo bus. Lots of restaurants and Olive Young stores. Stayed twice and will stay again.

I only stayed one night, it's a block off from a very busy street but i didn't hear much noise, attractions are within walking distance, convenient store is only few steps away. I had to prearrange the parking, which was accommodated in advance, ended up not using the service.

The room was big, clean and pleasant, but: NO English Language TV Channels No tea/coffee in room Very small bath towels No breakfast availability Position was handy to get around.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Layout of the rooms were a little bit inconvenient if you're traveling with a friend, but overall a good to place to stay that is close to a lot of shopping and the subway station.

A nice and characteristic hotel, mattress was a little too firm and hard for us. Staff was very professional and room spacious. The bed linen could use more sanitization the pillows and covers smelled moldy or not clean. Location a little out of the way in an alley but overall hotel was good.

My family and I we’re extremely happy and satisfied with the hospitality and amenities It was our first time in Korea and the staff assisted with arranging taxi services, recommending local restaurants and shopping options. One of my kids was not feeling well the staff recommended a local urgent care and even called ahead and told medical staff we would be coming in. The accessibility of the laundry room was a definite blessing to have fresh clean clothes and dry clothes when we got caught in a rain shower. Thanks again for the hospitality and kindness.

Super cute interior, rooms were spacious and clean. Right near bus stops and a short walk from the train station. There is a 24 hr Korean bbq restaurant sound the corner along with a 24 hr GS25 convenient store! Those were super useful when hungry or needed something to buy quickly. Many restaurants within a block or two, shopping areas only a few bus stops away. Super safe and quiet area. 10/10 would stay again!!
