The staff were amazing. The hotel and room were clean. If I needed anything it was promptly taken care off.

Decent enough hotel in Gangnam. Its showing its age a bit, but staff is friendly and maid service is tip top.

It is my first time in Seoul and my friend booked this hotel. I think that it is a convenient location. I didn't know other hotels at all, so it is hard to compare.

Affordable hotel in the heart of Seoul! We were able to hear the room next to us which was quite awkward. Other than that, self parking and overall room condition was okay!

The housekeeping staff was remarkable. Very accommodating and keeping the room stock , and clean.

I stayed 10 nights after having surgery and it was nice. They had a chair that you could relax in, this is rare here in Seoul. The ice maker was great and laundry room clean and easy. Staff all knew English and location was good with lots of restaurants and shopping. Airport bus stop was outside the building. The attached restaurant was beautiful and relaxing. I recommend

Excellent value for the price in the Centre of luxurious Gangnam neighborhood (felt very safe with the well lit areas, secured elevators, and lots of CCTV). Housekeeping was friendly and excellent and great restaurant in lobby. Toilet and TV remote was only in Korean so would recommend a translation of the buttons as a handout. Lobby fantastic room carpet not in best shape.

Excellent location for transportation

I stayed for 2 weeks and it was enjoyable to stay here. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep and friendly staff I would suggest staying here. There is just one employee who isn’t friendly, but everyone else was super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was great and cleaned our room frequently and nicely. I traveled with someone who likes to thoroughly clean any hotel room we stay at so I would suggest bringing a magic eraser to clean the tub and disinfectant if you’re super worried about cleanliness and are on a budget. Also, be prepared to see people bandaged up if you’ll be staying in Gangnam. The hotel was also near a lot of bus stops and the subway which made it easy for travel. Namsan Tower is only about 30 minutes by public transportation.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. I liked it better than the hotel next door the Sheraton. The room was twice as large but better bang for your buck. Wish I had stayed her the entire trip.

Clean and relatively central for getting about. Staff were friendly but the room was absolutely tiny with no room to move around even and overlooking a brick wall
