A perfect stay in Seoul! City Hall train station (Exit 7) and Airport Bus Limousine stop (The Plaza Hotel) just a walking distance from the hotel. Strategic location, comfortable room, and friendly staff. Late check-out and luggage storage available.

Very friendly helpful staff. Affordable accommodation, close to shopping and transport. Has a laundry room, with a microwave and filtered hot and cold water dispenser on level 12. Thank you for having us. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Check-in staff were very friendly, helpful with inquiries/directions and also spoke English. The location of the hotel is walking distance from the Myeongdong Walking Street with easy access to the underground shopping mall which also provides direct access to the the Lotte Mall and also close to bus lines. The hotel was surrounded by other hotels and building complexes so there really isn't much of a view from our room however the hotel amenities (breakfast, coffee shop, fitness center and laundry self service) were sufficient and met our needs. The room was larger then expected and appreciated supply of bathroom toiletries (body wash/shampoo). Housekeeping staff were also very friendly and responsive. There was also a money exchange dispenser in the hotel lobby which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Hotel Thomas!! See you again on our next visit.

Pictures are definitely deceiving. Not great in cleanliness. The tub was very weird, the water would spray at the end of the tub and would get the water all over the floor… not a very smart design.

A solid 3 star property in Myeongdong. Very easy acdess by airport bus. Get off at Plaza hotel. Go through the hotel to the back entrance. Go left a little and turn right through an alley way. If you see the red Travelidge sign you are in the right direction. No room to open a suitcase. But a spacious bayhroom

Location is pretty good, walking distance to the very busy Myeongdong shopping streets. There are many restaurants near the hotel too. They provide instant coffee pacjs, 2 tiny ones per day...sadly, not enough for regular coffee drinkers in the morning. There is a coffee shop on the first floor that offers 50% off if you show your room key.

Hotel room is big and cosy, staff are friendly. Pillows are a bit too soft and the room’s sound insulation is poor, can hear the other guests laughing and opening of wardrobe doors. The toilet does not have any hooks to hang, which is a huge oversight. Overall pleasant stay

They have a sign at the front desk to say that they take bed bugs seriously. So that was a plus point especially bed bugs are going around. There are like cafe/ restaurants just outside the hotel and 2 seven eleven. It’s walkable to Namdaemun market (maybe about 10mins for us) and about 15 mins walk to myeongdong. Which is pretty good. Their staff were friendly and if you like coffee, the locals go to the hotel lobby cafe to get coffee so it should be good. Post office is nearby too (5min) if you need to ship your loots home. But note that they are closed on Saturdays (including the hotel cafe) Honestly we would go back to this hotel next time. It’s pretty convenient.
